Brody Heating has been working with me since I inspected the home I now live in. In addition to seasonal HVAC service, they were able to quickly fit me into their schedule when my AC stopped functioning this summer. The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. I live in the east end and my understanding is that they are often working in this part of town. Also worth noting that my older HVAC system was installed in an “unconventional” way and previous owners did not maintain the system. Other HVAC companies refused to service it - I am appreciative that the Brody team has helped extend the life of the system …
Another amazing job by Brody’s once again. We’ve used them for furnace repair and also new furnace and ac system installation and have always been impressed and this time was no different. I didn’t expect them to be able to make it the day after Thanksgiving so quickly but they were here within an hour of my call taking care of a water heater repair. Sam was very professional, friendly, and took care of the issue in no time at all. Fantastic job as always from Brody’s.
Brody heating and air are the absolute best! I own multiple rental units and when things break down with the Hvac systems, they are my first call. They are professional, dependable and honest. The best! You will not be disappointed and I highly recommend

I've been using this company for years and been consistently super happy. They've done annual maintenance on my AC and boiler and also other jobs like installing new outlets in rooms. Always super high quality. This weekend, the igniter on my boiler went out. I called their after hours number and they talked to me for a while to diagnose the problem and showed up this morning and got it fixed. I'm very grateful for all the time spent over the holiday weekend talking with me on the phone to figure out what was wrong and help me try to fix it on my own, then come and fix it when a part needed to be replaced.
My wife and I bought our first house last year. The older AC died by summer, but our home warranty covered it. We looked at HVAC repair companies in our area and found Bill on Google maps with great reviews. Bill went out of his way to help us negotiate with the home warranty company, personally speaking to reps on our behalf. As a first time home buyer this was a bit of a relief. Bill got the AC working better than ever. Our electric bill dropped from the previous month. In addition to colder air, now it's quieter too. Unexpected bonus! Bill has also done electrical work for us. And once, while fixing my wiring mistakes for me, he saw the copper outdoor hose faucet I busted (I'm actually pretty handy, I swear) and fixed that too. Again, just super helpful for the first time home buyer. The job that prompted me to write this review though was the electrical upgrade Bill did in my workshop a few weeks ago. It's in the basement which had mostly been storage, so not many outlets. Bill and his assistant added EIGHTEEN outlets on new breakers dedicated for the shop in just a couple hours - DRAMATICALLY increasing my productivity. It's amazing how much time you waste trying to ensure extension cords don't pop breakers. The work itself it just impeccable. The wire dressings are very secure as are the outlets themselves. The power from the outlets is extremely clean, enabling me to run sensitive electronics and amp sucking power tools simultaneously from the same gang of outlets. I could not be happier with Bill's work. Also, he's just this real nice dude - helpful to a fault with lots of good stories. I'd recommend Brody Heating and Air (and more!) to anyone.
I have used Bill in the past personally on my properties for installation of AC/ Heating maintenance and repair and found him to have a top-notch service. As a realtor, I recommend him to clients regularly. Every time the feedback is phenomenal about his work from my clients. I have even had clients call me specifically to rave about his work/service.
I am a renter and the property manager uses Brody's for this rental property. This is my first experience w/this company and I was satisfied with the service received (heating maintenance and replacing the thermostat). Brody's arrived on time, was polite, and didn't waste any time at all. And he went above and beyond when my car horn went off for no reason, a constant blaring of horn blowing at 9:30am in the morning. He stopped what he was doing and came out to help me. He even disconnected my horn for me. I think that's pretty damn amazing.
My elderly parents have been using Brody Heating and air the last few times they have had issues, and my mother has been extremely pleased. Last week on a 90+ degree, the A/C stopped working and she called. They sent Sam out as his last call of the day. My mom is still talking about how nice he was, thorough, and helpful. He offered to replace a leaky hose valve outside too that he noticed. She was thrilled because she had intended to have that repaired but forgot. 5 days later she is still talking about how great Sam was and asked me to do this Google review for her. I know from past experiences, Brody has never made them wait long when things go wrong, they always seem to find the time. Thank you for being accomodating and reliable AND nice.
I highly recommend Brody Heating and Air. Bill Brody is an honest and is not out to sell you something you do not need. He calls you back and shows up on time. I have had him work on my furnace and air conditioner. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running properly.
This guy is a total scammer----just like a previous reviewer stated. He did a 5 minute thermostat change and tried to bill us $429....we will be seeing this scammer in court

Brody Heating and a/c is an awesome company!! I would highly recommend it to everyone!! Everyone there was so kind and helpful when I needed to get my furnace replaced. If you need something fixed or replaced don't hesitate for a second to call Brody!!
They are wonderful. its a small company and they fix things instead of trying to sell you new systems that are expensive! on time and polite.
I called these guys with a non-urgent problem (I stated this clearly that I would wait until the next business day). The guy showed up at 5 minutes after 5pm (I tried but I couldn't find the appropriate reset button on my air conditioning unit). They over charged by a lot for pushing a reset button (a 5 minute job). It was basically highway robbery ! I will never use these guys again. (Opportunists!)
