My AC unit wasn't turning for almost a month. I called two different companies to come look at it, they came and never came back. Finally, after calling ARS/ Recuse Rooter, they came out a day before scheduled and figured out the issue and fixed it within a little over an hour. I was very grateful and satisfied with the work. Thanks again!👍🏽
Your Technician was the best. He explained everything to. Answered my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable and knew his job. I would like to request him next week for my appointment. Thank him very much for his wonderful service. HE IS THE BEST 👌.
My ARS technician was extremely nice and considerate of my condominium. Mike covered his shoes with paper shoe covers which a lot of service people don’t think to do. I would like to mention that since I have a contract with ARS, I would like to request Mike to do my furnace in the fall. He was so thorough and told me everything he did when finished. Was here over an hour did nothing, I called ask for basic clean and check the systems. The only thing he did the entire time he put my filter in. Came up told me he had to red tag my furnace was dangerous require either an $1800. Part. Or get a new furnace for $5000. For new furnace imy unit is under 7 years old . So called the company who sold me the unit . They came out told me there’s nothing wrong and that there was no maintenance done on my furnace. So questions for you what the h… did he do for the hour he was here . Cell phone? sleep?. He cost you future business with me my family and friends. This is the kind of business you do . In time your company will suffer .
First, thanks goes to Ken who was the technician for my service appointment. He was very professional, honest and did a complete job. Job well done Ken. I have been with ARS for years and they have always done excellent work. I wouldn't use another company but them.
Mark was so courteous and professional. Very patient and thorough. He did a complete diagnostic on the water heater and air flow to the furnace and from the water heater. Will definately use ARS for any future heating and air needs!

I’m a decorating contractor who shorted out a thermostat in a clients home. ARS came the next day, diagnosed the issue, and had the system running in an hour.
I purchased a new AC unit to add to a furnace that I purchased from ARS previously. The furnace installation went well, but the AC unit did not. It took them three tries, but finally they got it to work properly. All thanks to Mike, a top-notch technician.
Phenomenal service. Explained everything and all the options with many different price points based on what you wanted. Extremely professional. Would recommend to anyone.
Previous Review Updated - after Issues with New HVAC System Rectified Every now and then, less-than-stellar reviews get the attention of the right people and, if one is fortunate enough, certain situations get rectified. This just happened to me after a period of eight months during which I had a new HVAC system (furnace and central A/C) installed by ARS of PITTSBURGH Gibsonia, a process that ensued a number of issues. It is my belief that nothing would have been favorably resolved - in spite of all the subsequent service visits since the September 20, 2022 replacement of my old HVAC system, and the negative reviews I wrote - if the last review had not ended up on the general manager’s desk. Upon reading it, “Adam“ replied and contacted me asking if we could revisit my experience with ARS of PITTSBURGH (Gibsonia location). Reluctantly I agreed, not putting much faith into it. We scheduled a visit to the house so he could personally see first-hand what I had been trying to convey in my reviews - which were simply descriptions of my disappointment and frustration with an expensive ‘product’ they had delivered, but also with the way I had been treated by the company. Not only was Adam profoundly apologetic, but - after he gathered all the facts and saw the issues with the furnace - he left the house with the promise that his company “would make it right”. From that day until this past week, I experienced what any reputable business/company would do, and I also saw - much to my pleasant and unexpected surprise - that if a manager cares and treats both his/her employees and customers right, the outcome is beneficial to both sides. The company will have gained the trust of the customer(s), the latter returning in the future. That is where I - as someone who has made a big investment in a new HVAC system - vow to do now, moving forward. On June 16th, 2023, Michael F. I waited and called for weeks because the heat pump I had ordered was back ordered and they were having supply issues in getting one to install; finally they installed one that was the next model up at no charge . Now that is superb service! All completed before I was leaving town for a vacation.Very professional workers. Highly satisfied. Would recommend.
Mark was very thorough and professional. He efficiently proved service to the units. Mark is always pleasant and makes the experience enjoyable.
ARS installed our HVAC system 3 years ago and my experience from that install as well as every follow up cleaning and maintenance has been very positive.
The technician was experienced and knowledgeable and worked in a professional manner. However, the invoice did not break down the outrageous cost. A capacitor was replaced which could be purchased for $20 but was charged at over $300. The technician replaced the capacitor and inspected three other units. Total price $637! Outrageous!
Pam in scheduling is always pleasant and great to work with. Earl, the technician, was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He even raked the leaves away from the outside A/C unit.
Bob was the service technician that came to our home today. He is great. I asked for him because he’s been to our home and knows our equipment. Bob is very thorough and explains everything and uses terminology that a layman understands.
