Thanks for getting me back up and running! The AC went out in the morning and the nice lady that answered the phone looked in to the system and found me there as a customer still under parts warranty. She got me a timeframe for a service call with Thomas between 12 & 4 but said to expect closer to 4. Thomas arrived at 1:30, diagnosed the problem and did a great job communicating it to me in less technical terms. Finished in no time and cool air was running before he left. I couldn't be more pleased!
Dave was straight with me when I was getting conflicting information from HVAC companies about whether I needed to replace my furnace. I knew from what he told me that I could trust him and that H&H wanted a relationship with me, not a big purchase, unless it was necessary. That was such a relief when we were without heat and felt pressured into making a big decision. Dave’s candor and HVAC education gave me the full perspective so I could weigh my options, and he brought up helpful considerations that no other company mentioned. I’m so impressed! Edited to add: We needed service on our older furnace and Thomas came out. The service was so prompt and professional. H&H continues to impress me. I’m so grateful to have a trustworthy HVAC service to work with. Edited to add: Steve came out and provided wonderful service on our air conditioner. We’re so lucky to have found H&H. I won’t do my HVAC business with anyone else.
Pan was very professional. He thoroughly investigated our air conditioning and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. We have a 31 year old system and he was able to get it running again. Just in time for the heat wave.
Our tankless hot water heater (installed by H & H and still under warranty) started being inconsistent in how long it took to get hot water upstairs. Jim came the same day we called. Figured out problem in minutes, getting permanent solution done in less than 24 hours! We have used H & H for a few years and will continue to do so! Every service, maintenance, install of new heater/AC, every visit, we are treated to professional, efficient service!
Thomas was extremely thorough with the inspection and maintenance of my ac unit.
Our upstairs central air died Saturday night (which I discovered on Sunday after a very fitful night). I called first thing Monday morning (after another terrible night in front of a box fan). I called H&H as soon as I could Monday morning. When I explained I was not handling the heat/humidity very well (breathing), I was given a 10-12 window today. The tech, a wonderful, friendly young man became our hero today. After I explained the problem, he went straight to work. He found the problem almost immediately and explained everything to me. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. The compressor needed to be replaced. He pointed out ways to prevent this same situation. We are now able to stop sweating and start breathing easier. As has always been our experiences with H&H (2 central air units and 2 furnaces), we sing high praises to everyone!

I am delighted to provide a reference for H&H. My experience with them was outstanding! Their Sales Executive Chris took his time to thoroughly explain my options based on my needs. He was not looking to push their most expensive product and laid out all the pro's and con's. The installation team Nick and Nick were also outstanding. Their work ethic, and thoroughness, attention to detail and insuring everything was perfectly cleaned up was great. They even went down to my garage to insure my circuit breakers would handle the capacity properly and pointed out something that needed attention from an electrician. If you need a new AC I would absolutely use H&H with full confidence that you will get a good deal and GREAT work.

Very professional! Pan N. was very nice and fast! He worked through the pouring rain and did not seem to mind at all. Highly recommended and if you have Pan N. as your tech you will be happy.
This is a great Company. When our Heater went on the fritz, Thomas was responsive, on time and very efficient in diagnosing the problem with our furnace and fixing it. We decided to make H & H our go-to HVAC service and repair provider from then on. Thomas came back yesterday and did thorough AC maintenance for us. I can’t praise him enough, he’s a credit to the Company.
The H&H technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I know I can count on good service from them.
Brian did an incredible job and went above and beyond to communicate clearly, keeping us informed along the way. He maintained a clean work area and took pride in his craft. He was professional and kind and a pleasure to interact with over the duration of the job. We couldn't imagine a better experience.
H&H came out to fix my AC. Appt was Mon but they came out Saturday and it was hot outside so that was much appreciated Jim found the problem and fixed the AC . He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again H&H.

This is the most customer centric, reputable, and honest company I've ever purchased anything from. They put the customer first every time. I had the choice to use my home insurance to service my mini splits, but opted to pay for service myself because I trust this company and they deliver.
I wasn't able to be home and the technician handled things so well , communicated well, and finished the job same day.
H&H is the best. At every point, they excel. From the administrative staff to the techs, everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, professional and reliable.
Chris came out to see if it made sense to add additional units to my home. Off the bat Chris and his team were responsive and available for an appointment. Chris arrived early and when he evaluated my need he was honest and really seemed to look out for the best interest of me and my home. While we determined that adding more units for the time being does not make sense, they will be my first call if I need anything related my my AC/HVAC.
