Professional, prompt, courteous! Tony did a great job!
Tony was beyond amazing! Came right on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get my air conditioning back up and running over the Holiday weekend!!!! I’ll definitely be using Reeves again and highly recommended them!

Absolutely the biggest rip off in town. They replaced a toilet shut off valve and the filler valve inside the bowl for $380 for my mother. The kicker is, the guy never even gave my mother a receipt and he also used the cheapest valves on the market. I would never recommend this business to anyone. What a disgrace!
Positive: 1. Reported for job same day as the call for service. 2. Person who answers the phone for Reeves was nice to talk to and handled my complaint professionally. 3. Received a call back from the technician soon after I called office with my complaint. Negative: 1. $149 per hour on a weekday--Yikes! 2. Estimate for job was not shared with customer before the job started. 3. Additional parts on the toilet system were replaced beyond the initial request to have the toilet shut off valve replaced but costs were not shared with customer prior to install. Also, these additional parts should have been "highly recommended" and not deemed as necessary since the toilet was still working with these older parts. 4. Receipt was offered to customer via email. Problem was, customer does not have internet. Why wasn't an alternative method for distributing the receipt offered and acted upon? 5. Called to complain about not receiving a receipt for the high price charged; I then requested an itemized receipt. According to the technician, he "is not obligated" to provide an itemized receipt. He told me Reeves uses flat rates only. So, we got charged two hours for the labor. What is this flat rate for the parts? I called the office. Office told me that management had to be briefed on this issue and they would see about getting me an itemized receipt. I hope the flat rates are disclosed on the receipt. Why is getting an itemized receipt so difficult to obtain?

Hired Reeves to clear clogged underground drain pipes. Mike and Juan worked tirelessly for hours without a break until the clog was cleared. Great job! Will hire Reeves again.
Extremely unprofessional- we got a toilet 🚽 installed and the guy who came to do the job was obnoxiously rude, came in to our house with his dirty boots, played loud music the whole time he did his job and worst of all he installed a broken toilet. He wanted his money at the very moment and had to pay him while I was not even home to check the lousy job he had done. Reached out to Reeves multiple times and they never got back!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY JOB!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE PLS!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware they will steel your money and run!!!!!!

First of all, I will say, I greatly appreciate Reeves coming out to unclog my kitchen/ basement floor drains, which are both connected and clogged badly. I understand prices have gone up, but I never would have thought it would cost me $298 for just under an hour worth of work! This wasn't a after hours or weekend service call either. To top it off, the email receipt didn't include an itemized list of service, labor costs, or taxes...Alarming to say the least!
Reeves Plumbing and Heating was responsive and quick after my initial call. Everything they said they would do, they did. They assured me someone the very next day between 9 and 9:30am and their plumber called at 9 to say he was on the way. When he arrived, Eric was polite and professional. He was thorough in his assessment and diligent in his work. Though neither of us expected it, he ended up staying at my home for nearly 12 hours, working hard the entire time. He located the source of our major leak and repaired it, then attended to our dripping shower. Just as he and I thought he was done, more water came dripping from the kitchen ceiling. When the previous owner of our house had repairs done to the upstairs bathroom floor, they inadvertently drilled screws through the copper piping in two places. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue, worked to repair as much as he could, and agreed to report back first thing on Monday...which he did. He completed all repairs, cleaned the entire area, and explained each repair in detail. He showed us all the evidence of each problem and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He explained fully all costs involved. I remain very impressed by Eric and the work he did, and I appreciate the professional service he provided on Reeves's behalf. Definitely would recommend to others.

Our furnace was not working. We called on Sunday morning and Tony responded within 20 minutes, and was at our house within 30 minutes after that. Unfortunately we needed to replace our furnace. Tony explained everything and gave us a quote. The furnace was replaced the very next day. Tony and Sage were professional, respectful and informative and left the work site clean! Thank you!
Adam and Thomas did a great job snaking our drain. Worked hard to run snake backward through drain. Will call again if I have anything else.
Adam and Jeff were such professionals when they came to my house to repair a drainage problem. They clearly explained all of my options for repair. Their work was excellent and efficient. They were great at cleaning up after themselves. Great job, guys!

The service tech's are polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and seem very concerned with making sure I was satisfied with the jobs. I have used them in the past for other projects and I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend Reeves Plumbing and Heating.
