The staff at the Erie location are great, quick to help and treat you with respect, even when asked stupid questions. Andy went so far beyond the normal service and expectations that I was blown away. His actions got the job done patiently,politely and in time for Christmas.

The employees were very helpful in setting up my commercial account and providing recommendations on equipment. Very easy to work with and helpful in coordinating equipment pick up with my installation technicians. If you are a commercial operation, I would recommend using them as a supplier.
