Veronica arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and did a thorough job with our AC maintenance.
I called on July 3,2023 and the lady was nice, but told me July 5th is earliest at 8am. I received 2 confirmations and a call from Veronica 15 minutes before arriving. She was very professional and immediately fixed my a/c.
Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced the thermostat on our April Air system.

Very easy to talk too the service was great! He was very informative and thorough! Went over and beyond giving me important facts. Explained how things worked and showed me how to change air filter on furnace. He was here to check and clean furnace and checked my A/C unit outside. My Only issue was the cost and how much your company went up in their service fee from just a few years ago. These higher prices are hard on us retired, single folks. caught me off guard. 😯😟🥺
We have been using Nerthling's for years..they installed our HVAC system and hot water heater...we have a maintenance plan which makes all costs easier...Veronica Wagner was out today for the semi-annual checkup...she is the BEST! took time to answer all my questions... gave me advice on the most efficient way to run our unit and suggested an air purifier that we will definitely consider..she is a great representative for your company...

The company was wonderful from beginning to end. They were kind on the phone when I called about my AC leaking. They were able to come out quickly to repair it. They even send you a picture of your technician and you can follow their route to know when they arrive. This gave me ample time to put my dog away, so that he would not get in the way. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it. There was no mess left behind. My experience was great and I will definitely use them again.
