Kevin and Christian of H Jack Langer were super courteous the entire time and even before they showed up when they gave me a courtesy call when they were on the way! They were funny, the service was perfect, faster than expected, they were incredibly nice and funny, they replaced my toilet and worked on what they needed to work on with great quality, I'm super happy with their service, they were incredibly great and understood what I needed!
You always respond promptly-never leave me hanging. Always give me a good idea of what the job involves and what it will cost. All the guys who work for you are friendly and respectful. I’ve had a lot of things done by you- water heater, a.c., furnace, new upstairs bathroom, new downstairs shower, and numerous drips repaired and clogs unclogged over the years. I’m always pleased with the work and confident that the job has been done right. Thank you!
Have used numerous times. They are truly the fastest service around. They also use quality products and do professional work that is backed up.
Mr. Langer took my phone call early in the morning, and sent his men to my home with a new toilet and it took them less than an hour to install; they cleaned up very well and I didn't have the money to pay that day so Mr. Langer told me that I could come in the next day and pay which was very convenient for me. And here is the best news of all... Jesus Christ Saves! Become Born-Again today as Jesus Himself speaks about in The Book of John and you will become a new Creation; read your Bible, and ask Jesus to forgive you of all your sins, and you will spend Eternity with your Creator who loves you so much!
I called yesterday because my hot water tank was leaking. They came the very next day and placed a brand new one in my basement. Literally 1 day without hot water. Issue resolved. Thanks again.
Replaced indoor well pump and related plumbing and components. It would have taken me at least two days they had it finished in about 5 or 6 hours. You never know what you'll run into in a 70 year old home. There was an issue or two at least. They fixed those, they had to go get parts so that added to the time but it was still a reasonable cost. Very professional. I used to service equipment with the same components and 20 years ago the cost my company charged was about what their cost was. They installed quality components. They came quickly. Recommend.
I've been using Langer for years! they really came through once again when my basement flooded. We have such a great relationship with them. I can't say enough good things!

First call was for leaky water main valve, which did not need water shut off at the street to fix. They came that day of call. I realized after they left that they also service furnaces. They came back same day and took care of that. Jack made a deal with me on a lower price than a second service call. I'll call them again. Thanks Rafael and Fernando!
I have had 2 emergencies take place (basement flooding) and both times, they were the only company that arrived quick, and got the job done hassle free. I would recommend these guys easily to anyone. Their fantastic!

I had emergent sewage backed up, completely flooded in my basement during the rain storms of recent. HJack Langer was the only service to respond promptly that evening. They were extremely professional, compassionate and diligent. Grateful for all of their help in a truly messy emergency.

H Jack Langer is a staple in this city. Almost a part of Erie history. Gene and Justin were very nice and i would hands down call them again.
Supposed to be a free estimate never received one. Plumber went straight to snaking the pipes then said he couldn't snake the drain. Left my bathroom a mess and still not working but you best believe they wanted that #$$ for a job never completed. George Winston is the way to go!
My mom, Annette, had a major pipe burst and they came out first thing in the morning! Worked quickly and efficiently and we're super nice! Thank you guys so much! Truly the fastest service around!!
I had H. Jack Langer fix an issue in February 2021, they charged over $2000. I had another local plumbing company come out today for the same issue (because it wasn't fixed). They figured out it was from a tree root and we're able to clear things up. They charged less than $400. I wouldn't recommend H. Jack Langer.
Excellent service! The technicians were polite, timely and got the job (installed a gas line for my dryer) done in record time! Will be calling them for all my future plumbing/hvac needs!
Needed to get a new hot water tank. There were a few mishaps getting the tank replaced, however HJack always sent someone out very fast to fix things and gave me a refund. Friendly and professional service.
