Chris is the best , i was told that i need a new Ac Unit from two other companies and will cost me $3500-4000. Chris find the issue in 2 min and cost my just $70 highly recommended.

So upon a secondary service to my furnace a few things about my review will change. I kept hearing a whooshing sound, come to find out the viewing glass that had melted was set aside and never replaced, not to mention the condenser trap was broken and water was pouring into the bottom of my unit causing rust and water damage to the bottom panel. I also found out later that I could have used the Carrier warranty to replace the furnace for about the same labor cost rather than putting new parts into an old furnace. I don't want to judge, but it almost comes across as a way to keep money flowing in for repairs rather than getting to the root of the problem. Not going to recommend. I called 2 other service providers and they also stated that they would have just replaced the furnace. It would have cost about the same in labor however the parts would have been under warranty with a new unit. So now I'm out almost 1000$ picture is of the broken connection to the condenser trap and the water that pooled inside the furnace.
Paid to have a C wire installed. He said he ran out of time to finish and said he would return another day. I paid and he never returned, rejected my request to make another appointment and ignores all messages throughout the week. C wire that was installed does not even work and the tech accuses me of wanting a free thermostat installation. Address listed is also fake and brings you to the post office. A complete waste of time and money. Don't waste your time and go with a reputable business Edit: this is the right business. Don't try to pretend this is a false review. You took the money and ran.

Arrived early to diagnose what was wrong with my furnace the day after Christmas and it only took about 5-10 minutes. I had to wait one day for the part to arrive and they replaced that and got my furnace back to working in only 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly people.

The replaced my furnace and they were very knowledgeable of their work they knew right away that my furnace had a recall which saved me thousands of dollars they came sooner than scheduled to get my new furnace in since mine just quit and it was starting to get cold they were very respectful and polite and I would recommend them all day long they got my old furnace out and the new one in very quickly and it is warm and comfortable in my house again. We called and asked if someone could come take a look at our furnace because it wasn't kicking on. Chris was at our house within the hour, immediately found the problem, and repaired it - same day. Service was fast and efficient! Highly recommend Great Lakes for all your heating and AC needs!

They replaced one of the hot water tanks with a tankless water heater. Cleans up the space gives a lot more room incredible warranty. And a lot more efficient to run.
