Don’t believe anything they tell you. The salesmen said the roof was guaranteed for 40 years. It’s only 100% guaranteed for ten years. The whole job was subbed out. There was no project manager. Only an inexperienced sub-contractor who had 3 poor hispanic gentlemen doing all the work. Everything was not communicated to them so they did not do everything that the sales people promised. I would look elsewhere.
