Priced right.
We got them out on a Saturday to diagnosis a problem with our gas furnace. Dan the service man figured out the problem in less than 5 minutes. Wow. Can't say enough about this experience. You have acquired a new customer!!!

On short notice. The service technician did a excellent job on determining what the problem was and repaired it quickly.
Les Weaver's team did a great job with installing our new AC System. Our old unit was 33 years old and was somehow still running, but struggled to keep the house cool. I asked them to upgrade the AC unit and also install a new air handler/heat pump since our house was also relying on baseboard heat. With our new system it can easily hold the set temperature and it runs much more efficiently.
AC unit broke within 2 weeks of paying them 6 grand for a new one. Wouldn't even come out the same day to fix it.
Alex and his team put in a new dual source heating system for us. They were great to work with and did a good job with our setup. Alex went over how the system works and how to use the new wifi thermostat. Our house feels warmer and we can keep it at a lower temperature.
