The Goodman central air system was installed efficiently and professionally. The installers were competent, careful, and polite and kept everything clean. The Burkholder's was helpful and responsive at every step of the way to get the old system replaced for my 98-year old father. He is now enjoying some cool comfort as the brutal heat of summer has arrived.

Burkholder's is an amazing company to deal with. They take care of our oil boiler each year, and have also installed an electric water heater for us. Now we chose them to service and maintain our A/C unit. It is so nice and comforting when you have a company that you can trust. This is a wonderful company with employees that are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They installed a new central air system for me, removed the old system, and have done regular maintenance and repairs on both my heating and air conditioning units. Easy to work with, patient in answering questions and friendly, on time service.

I used Burkholder to replace my stand-by generator. Dan, Adam and John did a great job keeping the work area clean and removing the old unit. I would definitely use them again.
This organization is a joke. I spent over 40k for a geothermal unit that simply does not work. They have poorly trained poorly mannered technicians that do not know what they are looking at or how to provide any meaningful guidance. They do seem to have an over supply of snarky receptionists that answer their telephone calls. Maybe they would be friendlier if people weren't so upset with this organization.
Our AC quit working during the warm spell a month ago. I was disappointed that they did not return my call quickly - they did apologize for that! A repair was scheduled quickly after that and the technician repaired the problem in a very short time.

Dan was my service person and he (like all who have performed maintenance over the years) was friendly and respectful of my home. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was pleasant to interact with.
We have a boiler heater in our basement that's 42 years old, which is 22 years longer than the manufacturer expected it to last. We have Burkholder's service it every couple of years. One time, the maintenance tech actually called in a younger tech, who had never seen a boiler like this before. My point is, I credit Burkholders with keeping this old beast going for so long. Thanks!
did a great job replacing an oil heating and air cond system; they were the only company we contacted that handled all aspects of the job - electrical, plumbing, oil tank removal, etc. - so didnt have to manage the job ourselves as the other companies required; price was fair and probably on the lower end of the bids received; sales person responded promptly to all questions and followup; workers were efficient and kept us informed of their progress; highly recommend
We needed to have our furnace replaced and Burkholders did an excellent job. They also upgraded our thermostat and it's much easier to use. The installation team were knowledgeable and professional. The job took only one day,
