I had a large pool of water on my basement floor from a leaky pipe near my well tank. Brian made the repair efficiently and quickly. Edwin Stipe was fully booked with appointments but they fit me into their schedule. I was very appreciative of that.

Years ago, Edwin Stipe installed and for years performed various work on our HVAC system. We bought the house recently and the HVAC hadn’t been used in a while. Shortly after using the HVAC it started leaking water and after a while the furnace stopped working. We had a few other people out here but Darren from Edwin Stipe was finally able to diagnose our problem. It turned out some work had been done by Edwin Stipe years before to rectify the problem (before Doug joined as GM) but the job wasn’t done right. Doug realized the work that had been done years before by them wasn’t done right and went out of his way to make it right for us which we really appreciate. They came back as soon as they could to replace the faulty parts and fix the system in half a day at no charge to us. Nader and Tyler were the techs that did the work and they naturally had to be in and out of the house a lot and were very respectful / tidy the whole time. Doug then called us personally after to make sure the system seemed to be working fine now and that we were happy.. We really appreciate Doug making this right, without putting additional undo cost on us, and will definitely be an Edwin Stipe client for annual inspection and such.

left a request for a service Sunday night. received a call first thing monday morning. received a service time between 9 to 2. Tech came just after 9 replaced bad part checked entire system. He was very good described why a/c not working and showed me bad part. checked air handler and replace a filter for me. overall great service.

Very professional and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Edwin Stipe & their technicians. Joe & Jacob were sent to my house initially. They worked really well together & had a positive, can-do attitude the minute they showed up. They were very easy going & accommodating. I enjoyed collaborating with them and they were very informative and listened to anything I had to say. Unfortunately, Joe was called out on another assignment, but ended up coming back later and found a way to make the new blower on the furnace less noisy. He went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and was successful in making it happen. I'm very grateful for that! Dave & Tyler ended up replacing Joe and did the install of the new HVAC system with the help of Jacob. They were all very nice, polite and listened attentively to what I had to say.

I called the office a little after 8am today and Julius was here before noon. He was great. Looked everything over, talked about what needed to be done, and gave me an excellent price. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. He was very nice and it all went very well. FYI, I had a different plumber here last week who quoted me a price $300 higher than yours. I also had a toilet that needed a new flapper and he tried to sell me a new toilet for $950! So, I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the honesty involved. **** DO NOT USE*** Started out good especially when I was home to talk with the techs. "Service Manager" came on-site for a repair and tried to create all kinds of charges thinking he was dealing with someone who does not know the industry or that the unit was under warranty. Tried to bill for parts on a unit that was under warranty tried to bill 2x for the same inspection. Tried to intimidate my wife into paying for the services that should not have been billable. When you asked them about it rather than fixing the error they just decide to not have you as a customer anymore no effort to resolve the issue response to their response Yes we weren't double charged because we caught it ***are you proud of that ? your "service manager" who was on site said we had to pay for parts till I pointed out the unit is still under warranty ***any pride there? I even had to point out to the "Fujitsu certified service manager" what the warranty was. He was still unsure then I pointed out that that its on the Fujitsu website when he said he didn't know what the warranty was *** lots of training for that manager I see he didn't know the prices for the service labor "had to check" and after he checked the "price" *** is that the policy make it up? he was told to leave yes because he was trying to scam a client your other technicians had no issue because they did not try to add charges and did good work The Mini split is for one room so its sized right - it is installed properly and has a circuit board issues as diagnosed by another of your techs - but the service manger wanted to charge for the inspection that had be completed 72 hours prior *** seems odd the evaluation changes after a review Rather than fix the issue when your employee tries to scam customers your GM say nope we are done but you sure took the service fee every month for what the last year plus>? *** proud of that too I assume There was no "Pride" in the fraud your employee tried to enact, he tried to
