Andrew showed up on time, which was right after he had completed his previous job, went right to work, and then gave me the diagnosis along with multiple options and their associated payments. He completed the work quickly and professionally. Couldn't ask for much more for a semi-emergency visit.
I was surprised by how quickly someone was able to get out to my house when the AC stopped blowing cold air in July. The technician, Ryan, was great in walking me through all of the options and explaining not just what he was doing, but how the system worked.

Lancaster Plumbing & Heating was respectful of my concern over Covid and had the proper precautions in place. I request Shane to work on the regular inspection and maintenance for our heat pump/air conditioning system. He’s also respectful of my concern over Covid and wears a mask. Shane takes the time to answer all my questions and does a very thorough job inspecting our HVAC system. I have confidence in his abilities and will continue to request him whenever I need assistance.

We needed an electrician and I was able to book for the following day. The service by the electrician, Ryan, was great and he repaired my bathroom exhaust fan in no time.
Their employees were professional, honest and knowledgeable about what the problems were that needed to be fixed and gave advice and recommendations on what corrective actions were needed.
I received an advertisement for Lancaster' plumbing and heating in the mail. So I thought it looked good enough and called with some plumbing needs. I had a kitchen faucet and tub that we're leaking. Basically a couple minor repairs to both bathroom sinks as well. The guy that arrived seemed nice enough at first and worked on the kitchen sink. Then after examining both bathrooms and the bathtub he told me that they all needed to be replaced. When he left I was very suspicious of his work. I wasn't buying into the fact that four faucets in my house needed to be replaced and that's what he was telling me. This company is basically nothing but a big rip off and very unprofessional!! These young Techs no longer care about repairing things. I thought I would give them one more chance though and called since the kitchen sink was still leaking. That was my mistake. Upon his 2nd trip out he actually kept part of my Moan faucet making it work differently. Then proceeded to tell me the whole thing need replaced. They just want to replace things and make big money!!!!! I had another company come out and fix everything for a $100. The kitchen faucet is also new enough that it has a lifetime warranty. I can call 1 800 moan and they'll send a replacement free of charge. I would never call this company again for anything! I hope other customers beware and do not call this company. They just want to replace things they have no intention of actually fixing anything I'm under the impression they're workers don't know even how to repair things anymore. They're trained to replace everything and not repair it. I'll be calling another company that knows what they're doing because this company doesn't!!!!!
My technician, Robert, arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful. We had a very sorry and old toilet that needed replaced. The replacement was clean and professionally done. We were so impressed with the professionalism of everyone we dealt with as well as the technical knowledge they provide us every time they are out! Would absolutely recommend to my family and friends!
Lancaster Heating and Plumbing was at my house replacing my down Sump pump within 24 hours. Also provided me with so other needed info. I have always gotten good quality service from them.
Respectful thorough and pleasant. Also not pushy about suggested improvements that we may or may not want. A bonus - dog friendly guy who didn’t mind our happy Lab.

Quick response, same day service and the tech was awesome. He explained the service details very clearly, had the parts needed and entire process went smoothly.
Used them for electrical and extensive plumbing including sewer, pressure regulator and water softener install. All techs were excellent. Polite, professional, prompt, respectful of our home and thorough. Quick scheduling. Love the text messages for appointment confirmation and letting us know when tech was on his way. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be using again!

Andrew came out to look over my air conditioning unit and furnace. He checked out many things and explained what all he was doing as he went along. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and made things so easy to understand. He was also very polite and patient with my several questions, and answered them all in a kindly manner. I highly recommend him for your next furnace or air conditioning maintanence or repair.
