Amazing ppl and products
I was refered to this company by our local hardware store owner. He said this company is local and hes not a contractor so it was easy and they helped him out in picking the right furnace for his house on his info. Today I did what he said went to the store told them the info and what I was looking for since I wanted to help a locate storefront out. Then they asked if i was a contractor and I said no and they started to be rude and tell me they are not aloud to sell to non contractors. Well I have proof they did and they asked me to leave. I am said to say in a time like right now we need to help each other out and not push them away. I wish them the best and as I can see they dont do well in the customer support.
Always helpful and pleasant. They are wholesale only, though, so you do need a commercial account to buy HVAC products here.
My HVAC company ordered a party from Habegger. Habegger failed to deliver the part in a timely manner, could not provide a tracking number for a direct ship, and insisted that their system was not sophisticated to look up an order by customer name or PO name. After insisting that it can be done because the HVAC guys had just called, the sales person “magically figured it out once I got the HVAC company on the line. When they said that after having the order for 6 days they still didn’t have a tracking number, and I insisted that I will wait on the line for them to call the mfg to get that information, the associated said she was no longer going to talk to me because I’m not the customer despite the fact that I am the customer and the HVAC conpany was ordering on my behalf and the HVAC conpany was on at the start of the call to ensure this all went well - which it didn’t. After that employee hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager, I called back in again with the HVAC conpany and was told now they once again “magically figured it out” and now have a tracking number but they won’t provide it. Not worth the frustration. They don’t care about the customers, don’t follow through on orders, and are down right rude and disrespectful. Take your business elsewhere.
