My Technician was Steve. He really worked to troubleshoot the problems we were having. I think we are good to go now. Steve is a really really nice guy who explained what he did and also let me know my tanks were low and i called for a fill. Steve called me to let me know he was running late and I told him not to worry that I was home all day. That was really nice of him to give me a heads up. When he arrived he got right to work and then let me know when he was done. Highly recommend him. Thank you for your getting someone out so quickly.

I have been using this organization for several years now and they continue to perform at a high level. The recent service provide was exceptional and the tech Steve, was very professional, courteous, and did a great job explaining the issue and the repair. In addition, it was very evident he has tremendous pride in his work and truly cares about the customer experience. It is also obvious this organization has a great culture in place.

We do not feel that the services are being handled efficiently. In the span of about a week we have had multiple service men out to repair a furnace. After the first repair it stopped working again. The second time we had to order a motor that was supposed to be installed the next day but was not installed until today and it still is not running. Now they still can not give us a definitive answer on what is wrong and what needs to be done. We have also attempted to call the company to ask questions and discuss next steps but have yet to hear anything back. We are very frustrated and disappointed with this company and would not recommend them for anyone. Many much needed hours of work are being missed to make sure pipes don't freeze since this issue has not been resolved.
Yearly AC maintenance. Technician arrived when scheduled. He did a thorough job and was completely professional in his attitude and appearance. I did ask for help programming my thermostat while he was there which he did immediately.
This company came to my house did not fix anything and are trying to make me pay a bill . Worse company ever . They turned me away and said either get a new furnace or a different company . This place is a joke .if this place was the last company around I wouldn’t use them . All they want to do is take you to court for not paying your bill . Very shady work they do . Do not stand behind there word .
We have used Energy Technologies for.a number of years for our annual maintenance checks for our HVAC units and they have ways been prompt and professional. Recently they had to install a new HVAC unit for us. Their response time was great and the techs were very considerate when it came to our home. This was especially considerate with the Covid 19 situation. We always recommend their company to our friends or family. Great Job!
Energy Technologies did a great job! They showed up when promised, were efficient, courteous and explained everything well! I am very pleased with the service they provided.
In all of the times that Energy Technologies has worked on our heat pump we have been happy. The technicians take a moment to explain what they are doing. They are always reliable. We appreciate that. Sure wish other home repair technicians would do that. Thank you Energy Technologies.

I would never use these people again. They used to be a great company when Rachel ran the service department. Their new service manager is Dan and should not be working with the public. Last time they serviced our a/c the tech threw a part out, which I found out from their own tech. They tried to recharge me for the part and additional service. I called today for a diagnostic appointment and was told at 1pm if they cam this afternoon it was overtime. Ok let's schedule something next week? Nothing unless I charge you overtime. No thanks. We are superior plus fuel customers and I called them and told them not to refer their customers to these people. Attitude and dishonest.
