After saving me a ton of money on my first encounter with the Heat and Air Guys I was in need of their services once again. When they arrived, on time if I may add, they went right to work. Within 15 minutes the problem was located. We discussed the possibilities that existed to resolve the issue. Within 3 days I received a quote for the service we discussed and the quote was right on point with our previous discussion. Of course I am going through with the service. Trust worthy, honest, and efficient.

I had a significant gas leak and they came in fixed the issue and cleaned out my vent system to prevent potential fires. They were highly responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Well the heat man came out to see what was going on with my heater. He explained everything that was going on with the heater which ultimately guided me to make a decision about services. I appreciated his time and patience. Very professional!!! He wore covers on his shoes before he came into my home to measure all the heaters. Unbelievable!!! I was impressed. I knew them I selected the right place to do the job!!

Heat and air system maintenance
I was very happy with their fast response same day service on repairing my gas furnace. Friendly on the phone and professional all around.
My heating unit was making a loud grinding noise. I was worried it was about to go. I called the receptionist was pleasant and gave the information to Cavon .He came out early the next day and resolved the issue, while giving us feedback and options about the condition of the unit. I have a 100 year old steam heating system for four apartments. Previous HVAC guys have done there best to maintain the system but HeatnAir has brought genuine expertise and made repairs that were substantial improvements in performance.
