Great service and availability of needed parts for my furnace. Anet is a very nice person who is easy to explain problems to. She was willing to sell me the part I needed to get heat back on in my house.
for the past 5 years I have had nothing but problems with my boiler that was only around 8 years old and was the most expensive brand out there (weil Mclain) spent probably 800 every year on it to keep it running properly, calling a different heating company every year. Finally this year I called Annette at Flicks, after a short call she did some research and was the only one that actually called the company and found out that all this time I had a warranty on my boiler but it had just expired in nov 2020, Annette sent someone out the next day to inspect and diagnose my issue, they found one issue that was hazardous to our health, offered to fix it for free then diagnose the actual problem, but we decided that it would just be better to replace the entire unit. 2 days later they sent a crew of 5 guys to get my entire system replaced in just a few hours, Jeremy did an amazing job with everything, he had to come back the next day to adjust some things, but all in all a great guy a great company, will never call anyone else
A couple weeks ago, on a Sunday morning, we awoke to no heat. I called Annette Flicks Plumbing and Heating. She was at our door within 15 minutes and within an hour all repairs were made and we once again had heat. Thanks so much Annette we really appreciated you early Sunday morning house call.
Great customer service and quality work
On Sunday our 55 year old furnace sent smoke through our house, ended up calling 911. After checking over the entire house the firemen said to call a heating contractor to look at the furnace. I called Annette Flicks Plumbing & Heating and they sent a couple guys over to check out the furnace and determined that the blower motor was the source of the smoke. I elected to have the furnace replaced and the next day, Monday, the crew showed up and had the new furnace in by early afternoon. Installation looks great, crew did a good job. The thoughts that go through your head when your house is filling up with smoke is very unsettling. Glad to have a new furnace.

What quick service! I called them at 8 am, someone was here to fix our central air before 9 am. He identified the problem in about 10 min and replaced a worn out part. I would highly recommend this company! This is a 5 star company!
