Last week my furnace fan was very loud on Thanksgiving day and so I submitted a request expecting to be contacted the next week. I received a call a few hours later and scheduled Paul to come take a look. I purchased a new furnace at a good price and they came a week later and installed the furnace in 2.5 hours (Bob and Matthew). Professional the whole way through and couldn’t be happier.
Very easy to work with, they showed up when they said they would, and performed the repairs with professional workmanship at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
Mr. Betlyn and his team are first rate. So happy to be able to support a home town business owner and his employees. Service was fast (same day!) and affordable. You don't find that level of professionalism with other major HVAC companies in my experience.
Our furnace blower stopped working and we received some estimates from different companies. When Paul came to look at everything he was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff!! He gave us his estimate and we made the deal. He also came back that night and brought us heaters because it was going to get cold. His guys came the next morning and installed our furnace. We also got a new AC because ours was really old. They were done in two days and did a fantastic job. The guys were friendly and courteous. Can’t say enough about this company!! Thank you Betlyns!!
I woke up to my A/C not running correctly. Betlyn was at my house in less than two hours. The unit was completely repaired and he was out of the door less than an hour after arrival. The cost was extremely reasonable and he was very knowledgeable.

Paul has been a student of his profession and is a straight forward professional providing you with helpful info about your cooling and heating products. His staff is slot like him;serving the customer in a professional manner.
Solid company with always very nice guys. I’ve used them for over a decade in two houses and they have the same staff of the same nice guys who always do the Job right. Prices are also very fair. Never the cheapest but certainly far from the most expensive. You get what you pay for with these guys and it’s solid work. They even worked with a home warranty I had and helped me to get the home warranty to actually pay up.
Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain things. The response time was acceptable. The price was reasonable.
Paul and I had a misunderstanding initially about his services. I called him out to quote me for a new furnace installation, which I understood to be a free consult. His technician essentially plugged in my furnace and switched it on then charged me $120 after telling me it still works... I can say without hesitation that Paul is the consummate professional after my experience interacting with him and his company. He listened to my situation, heard my side of the story, expressed his condolences that there was a misunderstanding, and offered me a full refund for the misunderstanding. We were able to work out our disagreement without issue and I will absolutely be returning to use his services in the future. I would recommend his company to anyone and everyone. My old furnace still works -- Paul 's technician did not use aggressive sales tactics or fear mongering to pressure me into a new furnace which is why I will definitely be choosing his company when I need a new furnace in the future. He expressed genuine care about his customer's well being and completely understood where I was coming from when I expressed my concerns to him. His technician was a genuinely nice guy, too. I was initially distraught and dismayed by what I considered to be a steep fee that came out of left field for what I thought was a free consultation, but Paul worked it out like a 5 star professional and I look forward to working with him again soon.
Great service! Called yesterday because our furnace was not working, they were here in 20 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable, had heat until they found the right part and came this morning to install it. Will definately use them in the future. Thank you Betlyn!
These good reviews don't seemed to be true. I had scheduled a furnace service but they didn't show up. No call letting me know. Waste of time.
Hire with Caution! This company installed 4 furnaces for me over the last 3 years in other rental properties I own. I recently purchase another property out of foreclosure and no one has lived there for several months if not at least a year. I knew the furnace was working since I did have the heat on but I wanted them to clean the furnace and check the AC unit as it felt like it wasn't cooling. I also waited after the remodel as I knew both would be dirty afterwards. They went to the property, gave them the code to enter so they could go on their own time as it was still vacant. The feedback from Betlyn was the furnace was cleaned, check and in working order. The AC on the other hand was out of freon and they recommended replacement due to the age of the AC unit. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he gave me a price to replace the furnace and said nothing else. I wanted to obtain another estimate for the AC replacement. When this company came to the property, they called and said the furnace is dirty and there is no air flow at all (see photo). I called Betlyn to find out why they didn't clean the furnace as that was what I paid to have them do. The owner was extremely rude, condescending and just down right disrespectful. He kept asking if I was going to have them replace the AC unit and said the furnace would be cleaned as that was part of the AC replacement price (but they never told me this originally). I asked what was my $110 payment for and he gave me some rude comment and made up story, he even told me the gas wasn't on (which it was as the heat was on). Then he kept asking if I was going to have them do the AC unit, I said I want my furnace cleaned first and then he hung up on me. The bottom-line is don't ever question their work then you will never have to worry about being hung up on. $110 down the drain!
I've been in the hvac industry for 26 years. I've never heard of a company being so understanding and compassionate towards a military family. Your a great company I hope you continue this.
Outstanding service!!!!! No heat this morning, called my previous furnace installer but 2 hours later no call back. Called Mr Betlyn. Arrived in less than 2 hours. Fixed issue and now have heat, YAY! Very reasonable fees, kind man and great work. Highly recommend.
