Installed new ac and furnace Returned once to install new filter and inspection. Have called the past 2 years for inspection Always says he will call back to schedule. Never hear from him. Seems like he just wants a sale and no follow up. Guess my warranty is shot since he won’t maintain the units would not recommend to anyone!!
Coldest night in Pittsburgh. He answered at 7:30pm, came within 45 minutes. Fixed the problem, educated me and was fairly priced.
I am very disappointed and angry! Monday, March 28th appointment made for 10:30 AM. He showed up.at 4:00 PM. New furrnace needed. Tuesday, March 29th, appointment at 10:00 AM, showed up art 3:99 PM after a 3 hour lunch! Installed furnace. Did not finish duct work. He will return on Saturday, April 3rd. Never showed. How about Wednesday evening? Never showed. Now here we are at Sunday, April 10th, 12 N, never showed!

Barkley installed a brand new Air Conditioner and thermostat in my home They were very professional and took the time and patience to answer all my questions and concerns They used drop clothes and shoe covers and cleaned everything up really well. They did an excellent job and we are very happy. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new air conditioner, heater or service.

When they installed our new furnace and AC 2 years ago, I would have given them 4 stars for service and professionalism. However, in the months since, they have been impossible to contact- the voicemail at both numbers they advertise is always full, and no one has answered either number in months; they also did not respond to a FB message. We were forced to go with another company to service our new units, although RH Barkley required us to use them in order to validate their service warranty. Highly unprofessional!
Great Experience and Price! Responded quickly on the weekend, and got my furnace up and running again after I installed my thermostat incorrectly. I would definitely recommend!
We woke up this morning with no heat. Rick answered my early morning call, communicated quickly with me when he would come and texted when he was on his way. He was polite and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. All just a few days before Christmas. We will gladly use him again! Highly recommend him.

Had a furnace issue, rick came in and did a wonderful job. He was honest in telling me we would soon need a new furnace (we knew that and we're planning one in the spring). He explained everything he was doing and went step by step to solve the problem. We wi definitely use him for our new furnace purchase.
Needs to do background checks on their employees. One hot head almost backed into on a main road pulling out of a driveway then had the nerve to threaten us as if we were in the wrong. Training your men to understand they are representing your company while driving your trucks in needed! hopefully you have a great insurance policy because you have at least one employee who is going to need it!
I had a furnace problem at a rental property & Rick was very fast to respond. He fixed the problem promptly & I thought the invoice was very reasonable. I would definitely use his services again.
Excellent service. I had called a few other heating repair companies and Rick had responded the fastest with reasonable prices. He was knowledgeable in his field and looked out for my best interest. I was glad to have found a reliable mechanic in such short notice.
