I recently hired Walh to work on several issue related to HVAC and plumbing. This is for my rental property that I keep in excellent repair. My tenants are my priority. So, Nick came out with in 2 hours of my first call. After inspection, he called and gave me several repair options to choose from. He was very professional, transparent and efficient. The work was top notch and they are now my go to for heating and plumbing. Ask for Nick when requesting service!
Superior service, clear explanations of diagnostic processes, issues found, and possible solutions ranging from cheapest, to recommended, to "sky's the limit". Extremely responsive and simple scheduling process - Brad was able to do a home visit and diagnosis on same day, and then scheduled installation for the next day. Financing options are available, and easily accessible. Installation crew the next day were great at communicating, on time, and professional the entire time. Thank you to Jason, Don and Wendel.
Jason and Don worked on a new AC unit for me last week. They were here for 2 days and were highly professional and answered any questions I had throughout the process. I highly recommend.
My contact with Wahl and Steven, the service tech began with a service call for a failing (25 something year old) whole house AC unit. Steven checked my unit and offered me several “no pressure” options from repair to replacement. Needless to say I’m very pleased with Wahl and will enter into a contract to replace my AC unit and furnace as is is at the end of its life span. Wahl’s installation team (Jake, Jared and Marcel) arrived this morning to install my new AC and furnace. It took most of the day to remove, install the new system, clean up and insure I knew how to operate the new equipment including setting up the thermostat app on my phone. From the first phone call with Audrey to the exception service visit with Pat down to the awesome installation of my new furnace and AC with Bob and his crew ...an amazing experience. I love having a company that I trust. The guys who regularly service my systems (Wahl for AC, heat, water heater, plumbing) know them, and when they don’t, calvary is contacted by phone and even in person for troubleshooting. They are just as fast to say “you don’t need that yet” as they are to say “it’s time” and always provide multiple price point options as possible. As a female homeowner, there are so many companies ready to pull a fast one on you; to date, I have never felt I have been given bad advice, taken advantage of, or cheated by Wahl, and I feel fortunate that I have a relationship with a company that I trust, responds quickly, and has great employees.
Jay did a great job troubleshooting and also explaining the situation. I love that I can use this company for everything for everything.
Installation crew: Bob, Aron, Corey, Jake, Jason, Marcel, Antonio. Satisfaction level. 100/10 Job: Removing one unit with two heads, installing two units and six heads. Recommendation: So for a short answer, I would absolutely, without a doubt in my mind, recommend this crew and company. Post: This is by far the best set of people I have ever worked with. Everyone was extremely respectful, and explained every detail about what to expect, the process, the maintenance, the features, and who to call if there are any future question. They were extremely welcoming with the family and the dogs. I have nothing negative, or bad to say about my experience. All great vibes; they were professional in ever aspect possible. They were easy to approach and talk to when I had questions. I also have to add this comment: I cannot stress enough how pleased, and thankful I am at the fact that none of my flowers/plants were stepped on. This my seem insignificant to some, but to me this is a huge deal! I am SO glad we chose this crew and company. Thank you guys so much for taking the time to help us stay cool, and for climbing into our attic for one of the installations!
We had extensive work done the week of 12 June, by Tony, Don, Jason, Marcell. They showed up on time and did a very professional job, including small extras like a general gas cutoff valve.
My family and I have trusted and enjoyed working with Wahl specialists over the past 4 years and very pleased with their services and communication. Aron is outstanding and very attentive to all needs!
I called for an estimate and they made sure the could come out the next day. Jay did a wonderful job, he was thorough, helpful, and provided several options. We would always call them first!
Our first contact was Jay Mowery, wow what a guy. Jay was at our house within about 60 minutes from my phone call to WAHL. He was AWESOME. Jay took the time to answer all my questions, explained pros and cons of each of our options. He was very friendly and professional. The installers Jason Warner and Don Bryan were equally awesome. Jason explained all the valves and knobs, and maintenance schedule as did Jay. They both were very friendly and professional and respectful of our home. Would absolutely recommend WAHL Heating Cooling and Plumbing.
Jay was very good at explaining every step of the way. I had a kitchen faucet and expansion tank on water tank replaced. . He even checked and found a small gas leaked and fixed that too! Lastly, installing a pressure regulator after it testing at almost twice the recommended level. I have used this company before and will use them again. I just hope I can request that Jay do the work.

Had a great experience with these guys! We had a leaky water heater that needed to be replaced - a leaky valve meant we had NO WATER at all until it could get fixed… they came the next day! Tyler came out same day to do our initial assessment and helped us with that faulty valve, and Jay and Antonio came out the next day to do the replacement. They were so great, quick, efficient, friendly. In and out, now I can take a hot shower!
Bob & Corey delivered and installed a new Mitsubishi HVAC. They did excellent work & had positive attitudes. They were professionals throughout the whole process. Sean & Denny were here next and installed a new A/C and new furnace. They, too, were exceptionally proficient, polite professionals with excellent customer service. In terms of responding to my initial calls for Wahl to come to my home, Patrick and Brad displayed all signs of competence and professionalism that lead me to hire Wahl in the first place.
Had an amazing experience with Wahl. My air conditioning broke on a Friday night while having a baby in the house during 90 degree weather. I called Saturday morning and Brad, the technician, was at my home 2 hours later. Brad was so professional. Asking if it was ok to enter my home, if doors should be closed, etc. Made me feel so comfortable. He gave me various options that I was able to pick and choose what I felt comfortable with based on my budget. So thankful they were able to make our home and baby comfortable again so quickly!
Jason Warner & Don Bryan were friendly and professional. They replaced the water heater, and explained what they did. I highly recommend Wahl.
I called this company for Install a Tharmostat in my home. They scheduled me for a service call for $49 dollars Instead of their $109 dollars flat rate for diagnosing. I told them that I’m not going to pay any diognosis fee because I don’t have any problem with my hVec . So the negotiate with me a price for Installation of my smart Tharmostat $150 dollars. Tech went to my home and called and over the phone he took my credit card information and charged $199.00 dollars before even see my furnace, and later informed me that he is not able to install the smart Tharmostat because it’s not compatible with my furnace and also he is not able to hook up my old Tharmostat because my furnace control board broke as his statement. And now I have to pay $1296 dollars then he will change my control board and hook up my old thermostat. So I said no because I don’t wants to spend that much money for this Job. So tech said he will refund my money because he didn’t perform any job at all. Today 05/30/2023 I hired another company to fix the problem. They came and work 30 min to hook up my old thermostat and guess what boom it’s up and running $90 dollars . Shame on you guys !!! Didn’t diagnose any issues and advised me to change my control board at $1296. Don’t ripped peoples hard working money. And also I didn’t get my money back yet.
Brad was great at thoroughly explaining everything and got my a/c up & running in hardly any time. He had all the parts he needed. I will probably use them in the future to service the units
