Had some hot water heating lines removed/ routed different. Two people were there to work. One of which claimed he was training and knew nothing about the job yet. Yet I was still charged for man hours for two guys at full rate. Some of the work was done well and other parts of the job were very sloppy and needed redone. After hearing bad stories about the business I cut my losses. I would never again use them!
I called them for a estimate. They looked at my plumbing, took a little apart, and gave me a estimate and tried to collect $90. Then, a screw was left lying on my bathtub, which I found out went to the plastic Kanab to control the water flow that broke. They refused to do anything about it because I didn't pay their $90 estimate fee that knowbody even told me about. AND I'M A LIER!!!
My salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The installation staff was on time, friendly and did a nice tidy install. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
The technicians were friendly, professional and addressed the issue quickly.
Eli was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a wonderful job fixing our humidifier!
We have an annual maintenance contract so our systems are checked in the summer and the winter. Ryan is always prompt and thorough and extremely polite. We have had no troubles with our units!
Plumbing Repair- The tech arrived as scheduled, stopped by the plumbing store before arriving to pick up the needed parts, completed the needed repairs efficiently, made a recommended improvement to the existing configuration, tested for leaks, cleaned up after himself, was friendly and professional.
Ramon was quick to respond to an early morning call for a heating issue on a Saturday . He was professional, friendly and quick to diagnose the issue and get things back in working order. Ressler and Mateer - you are lucky to have someone like Ramon working for you. Keep him happy and he will keep your customers happy! Thank you Ramon!!!
2/3/23 update: R&M continues to be an outstanding company. Their two staff (plumbing) were excellent. Excellent service, took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and even did a little unclogging of a drain that they did not charge extra for!). Wow! They are a long-term Lancaster county company that is customer -focused. Not owned by a large conglomerate. You won't go wrong by hiring them! ========================== Excellent company. Have used other local companies, and R&M stands above! The techs are well trained and very professional. Even when a mistake is made, they make it right!
Called for an estimate. Salesman called me back. Arrived within specified time. Knowledgable. Listened to our objectives. Sent pricing out within a few hours. We're currently reviewing the estimate.
Tito was wonderful! He spend a lot of time figuring out each individual issue & fixing/ cleaning a few. He not only took the time to explain everything to me but he even repaired a few items other, more expensive businesses said couldn’t he repaired. Thank you for your kindness & patience!
Our furnace would not continue to run so I called and left a message on the emergency line. Eli (the technician on call) returned my phone call within 20 minutes and said he needed to finish the job he was on, then he had to go back to the shop and grab some parts and he would be at our house in an hour and a half. He was indeed here within that time frame and in no time at all he had our furnace up and running! Eli was very courteous, professional and friendly and an employee that Ressler & Mateer is blessed to have! We have been dealing with Ressler & Mateer since we built our house 15 years ago and they have never disappointed us! Great company to do business with that cares about their customers!
The service man who came to my home, Ryan M, was very polite and attentive. He performed outstanding service and is a true asset to your company.
Service took about 30 minutes to fix my toilet. Very professional, and knowledgeable.
We use Ressler and Mateer for our HVAC maintenance and service. We have three separate buildings each with unique HVAC units and designs. We are extremely pleased with R & M sales and service. More important is that we trust the company. Today Eli and James worked hard to maintain our aging system and kept us informed throughout the day of their progress. We appreciated their in-site and experience. Very please with these two professionals. Glad to give R & M our highest rating.
James was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and competently. He had the courtesy to ware booties in the house. He checked the filter and on finding it clean since it was replaced recently, he asked us if we needed filters for the unit, and let us know R&M could supply them if needed. He handled the payment transaction quickly and without a hitch. Thank you James!
James did a SUPER job. He thoroughly checked all of our home heat pumps, humidifiers and air handlers and left us confident we are all set for the winter season. He was extremely friendly and with the widespread hiring of new personnel, it was nice to get to know one of your newer, very capable technicians.
Replaced inducer motor, successfully diagnosed problem with positive outcome.I was warned it wouldn't be cheap but having a working heating system in January is a good thing!!!!!! Kudos to David the mechanic
We had a gas furnace in one of our locations that would not lite and heat. Ryan was able to troubleshoot the problem as a bad igniter. He was able to get an igniter and get us up and operating. Thank you for your quick service and timely repairs. GREATLY APPRECIATED.
