Been with Meenan for over 60 years. In all that time experienced only one incident that was negative. That is a great record. That's why I am still with them. Office personnel is great as well...also important.
Everyone from the people who answer the phones to the technicians are always polite, helpful, professional, and they go out of their way to help. I know that I can depend on and trust Meenan.
Meenan propane offers services like a large company but operates like a mom and pop shop. They offer custom solutions and great customer service. We've used them for Propane supplies and most recently getting into their AC and chimney cleaning services that we didn't realize they had.

Love Meenan Oil. I have the platinum service contract and the price agreement contract. One time our heater broke in middle of night and in dead of winter. They showed up within a few hours and got us going again. With the service contract I don’t pay for any of these visits nor any of the cleaning/servicing. Great customer service.

I have been a customer for many years and always have a good experience. Just had my annual heater tune-up and the technician Alejandro could not have been friendlier. He was efficient in completing the job and also took time to review all results with me
I have been with Meenan for many years. I have never had a bad experience with this company. They are definitely top-shelf. My house has never been left dirty after service and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, providing answers to any questions. People always told me I could get my heating oil for less money, but for the service and professionalism Meenan provides are worth far more to me than a few dollars.
Meehan is great they are always there if there is a problem my only complaint is the oil prices I hope we don't have to leave because of it but so much more then any other
your home heating oil is not priced fairly.Your price is much to high.
Not happy at all reason why is eating oil prices went down but yet I’m being charged full price that I locked in now this is the second time first time I called and complained and they kind of gave me a little refund but here we are again same thing again charging me the full price 5.26 my competitor is selling his oil for 3.60 thats not right as far as I’m concerned I’m done with this company as soon as my contract runs out in August
I switch from REIT to Meenan because I was getting ripped off from previous company oil prices and maintenance. Meenan has lowered my oil prices and my maintenance contract and combined them in one affordable price as of now with oil prices high. I got my oil topped off with out having to call and ask for a delivery which is great I don’t have to worry about it. So far so good Meenan yous get a thumbs up and five star rating.
Service is excellent & auto deliveries always on time. Oil price is OUTRAGIOUS.
The price of oil is still almost as high as its maximum. But gasoline is almost what it was two years ago. Why? l

I'm in process of selling my home & your staff has been working with me very well. I have ALOT going on between moving &my recently diagnosed illness, so a good thing your staff is on top of things&calls me cause with everything going on I forget alot which also apart of illness
I didn’t even contract them and they are all over my property with no permission throwing there hose all over on my side of the driveway and through my fence
Tech was here on time for my yearly cleaning. He was friendly and kept everything clean. After he explained what he did and recommended a chimney cleaning to improve efficiency. Great job guys!
They were fast and within a week I had an issue. Those guys were here and took care of it. Great work!!!!!!
