John Wilcox Plumbing responded promptly to my call. Matt finished his previously scheduled call in my area and was able to stop by to do job ahead of my scheduled appointment. Matt identified problem and made the necessary repairs. Communication with JWP great. It was easy to schedule appointment.
I needed to have two toilets repaired due to the old age and a leak. Bill arrived on time and was such a pleasant person. He listens to my concerns and what work I needed to have repaired. He did a wonderful job. Bill was very professional and made me feel like I hired the correct person. Now I can relax and not worry about my toilets leaking any more. Gretchen who called me to schedule my appointment was so sweet and nice to me. If any one needs plumbing work done, call John Wilcox Plumbing and Heating company. They do the job right.

Bill was excellent. Wilcox responded to my call immediately and were on site within 24 hours. (It was not an emergency call.) Bill was attentive and friendly, and took extra time to make sure the problem was fully diagnosed and repaired. HVAC failed overnight. Made the call to John Wilcox at 7:15 am, they had a technician there by 8:15 am, and the repair was complete by 9:15 am. Courteous technician too. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience!
Had them install a new garbage disposal several yrs ago - very convenient scheduling. Recently had sluggish drain issue which they cleared efficiently and I learned a lot about tlc the old pipes need. I appreciated next day scheduling.
Ac stopped working came out that day within a couple hours fixed the issue and had it working within an hour. Great service I recommend them

We have had good experiences with John Wilcox Plumbing on at least half a dozen occasions. Benjamin, who did the work today, was excellent overall including doing really nice work as well as being thoughtful and considerate in every way. Just used John Wilcox Plumbing again. As always prompt, communicative, high quality work. No upselling, in fact like the proverbial auto mechanic who tells you that it doesn’t need to be replaced, in this case I was shown that all that was needed was a minor repair not a major equipment replacement.
I called John Wilcox in need of a service call/repair on my boiler. The intake call was excellent and we scheduled a service call. The service tech was on time (called prior to confirm ETA), knowledgeable, and fixed my boiler. Plus he was personable and very professional. All in all, I was very happy with Wilcox HVAC. Thanks!
