Don't bother calling! An unprofessional unenthusiastic women will answer your call, act annoyed and inconvenienced and tell you she will "get this message to them". And then you will never get a call back.
Mark came out right away. Went right to work trying to figure out what the problem was. When it was found out that I would need my sewer pipe dug. Mark went Right to work getting a hold of the correct agencies to get the proper authorization to dig and within 24 hours my problem with fixed. I would definitely use this company again and I would also recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of plumbing work done.
He responded so quickly, problem fixed rapidly, very knowledgeable and skilled, years of experience.
I had many gas leaks in my home, and had a dangerous situation. National Fuel shut the gas off & took away the meter. I called Smith Brothers, Mark came out, replaced the gas lines to all of my gas appliances, and at my request, took care of a list of other plumbing repairs that I had. Mark explained everything he had to do before he did it, and after work was done, he explained to me how it worked. Mark was very professional, and extremely hard working. I am more than satisfied with the repairs he made, and I am thankful to him, as I now have a safe home. I highly recommend Smith Brothers to anyone
