Needed a new shutoff valve installed for the stove gas line. The service techs arrived as scheduled, made an assessment, and allowed me to choose which plan I wanted. I selected a mid range "Silver " plan. They went out and got all the parts needed and completed the work quickly. They made sure that all of my gas appliances were functioning before they departed. They were very accommodating and professional.
Tech came out to complete a one year inspection of furnace work completed last spring. He was very nice, on time, completed the work quickly and the area was neat and clean when he left. Thank you.
Mark was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the equipment involved in our repair. He was also timely and arrived earlier than originally expected. All around positive!

I was assigned Comfy Kozy through HSA warranty for an AC repair. Mark, our assigned tech, was punctual, professional, got the work done very quickly, and was patient enough to explain everything he did step by step as well as clearly show the repairs that were made to the system. Definitely the best heating/cooling company I've come across in Pittsburgh area. Personally I plan to go back to them again for future repairs and would recommend them to anybody!
The tech was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant and was able to diagnose the problem with our AC system quickly. He replaced the parts and added the right amount of coolant. The system is up and working well. Would definitely rec. JP and Comfy Kozy for your HVAC needs!

Fortunately for us they were able to respond on the same day we called. Our first time using them. They arrived on time and were able to fix the problem in good time considering some unforeseen issues. Since this was a sewage back up problem in our finished basement, we were in great need of a prompt resolution and they were "Johnny on the spot " for us. Got all the stars in our book!
I had a furnace installed by Comfy Kozy yesterday. My old furnace worked off and on. They did a great job with the installation, were very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and for something that will last for more than 20 years, the price was reasonable to me. This is the second furnace they’ve installed for me. The first was in a previous home which I sold in 2016. Always glad to do business with them, and I will continue to do business with them in the future if needed.
After several attempts to get a furnace repair company to actually return a call or actually show up as promised, I finally got tired of their run around and tried Comfy Kozy. They were honest in telling me that they would not make it out that particular day but would be available the following day. The tech that showed up was JP and he kept me informed of what was going on from the time he would arrive to what he did and when he was finished. My tenants went without a working furnace for 5 days because of 2 irresponsible companies that kept promising me they were going to show up and did not. (Thank goodness for portable heaters). If you want a dependable company that will be honest and professional call Comfy Kozy, you won’t be sorry!!

I had a great experience working with this company. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace and what the best way to repair it would be. The work was done in a timely manner and my furnace is working great again. I will definitely be using this company again in the future
My home warranty Company send them to come and check my Central air unit they gave me a time lapse of 2 hours and 3 hours later no one had showed up I had to go pick my daughter up from school try contacting the office several times no one will answer the phone until the receptionist I believe her name was Mary called back very rude asking why I keep on calling many times I explained to her they gave me a 2 hour lapse for the technical to come and it had been more the 3 hours he wasn’t here to her response she said he’s probably busy in another house so just wait honestly she was the rudest person ever the technician told my home warranty my ac was burn had someone else come and they said it was a part was broken they replaced it in no time they are the worst I don’t recommend them at all ..
Comfy Kozy is a preferred service provider through my home warranty company. They had previously repaired my central A/C unit (a 1990's model). Today, they provided pre-winter furnace maintenance (everything checked out just fine) and repaired a leaking solenoid to the humidistat that is attached to the furnace. The technician, Mark, performed both services. He has excellent customer skills, is very efficient, and explained in detail what the issues were for both systems.
Fixed and cleaned A.C. At a fair price. Technician was upfront about needed repairs and professional.

Although I have American Home Shield the warranty would only cover a short term fix. That was not acceptable. The owner worked with me on the pricing for a whole new out of pocket $ unit. The tech, JP, installed the system and couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable or helpful. He worked all day until we had cool air.
