I’ve used Taylor Home Comfort for a couple routine HVAC maintenance visits and always had a positive experience. Last evening I noticed a water heater leak and called after hours. Anthony was very nice- I sent him a video and pics of the leak. Rob, who was also great, came out today to diagnose the problem (cracked tank) and was kind enough to get his schedule rearranged so that he could replace it today before the weekend. Very thankful to work with Taylor Home Comfort!
We Had them do a complete HVAC system installation and they were by far, the best price in the entire area. Plus, they are a veteran owned and operated company as well. Very skilled and punctual!

Taylor Home Comfort has got to be one of the most professional HVAC business I have come across in this region. These guys came to the rescue for my family during the recent deep freeze and had our system back in service within the same day of our call. The quality of service and the expedient response blew us away. They didn't even blast us on the cost of their service and time. Anthony and Rob came out and were genuinely respectful of our home and our time. Not to mention hilarious and easy going guys. Thanks Anthony your business is top notch and your employees are fantastic!
Anthony came to my house. Did anexcellent job going over my system and suggesting things we should do for longevity. I've used their services a couple of times now and he is such a stellar professional.
These guys are top notch! We had our system go out in the middle of the deep freeze a few weeks ago. Anthony and his team were out the same day and were extremely reasonable compared to the other companies in the area. They repaired our system temporarily while we waited for a new unit and they didn’t charge us for the interim repair! That’s good customer service right there.

I had Anthony and his crew install a whole house ductless system and I couldn’t be happier. From the estimate to the installation it was a treat to deal with them. They are friendly, trustworthy and thorough! I also use them for service and preventive maintenance now. These guys are a diamond in the rough. I can’t recommend them enough.
I usually write reviews when I've experienced exceptional service or want to share a fun establishment for others to enjoy.. By and large, my reviews are positive. In this case, however, the experience with this company left a lot to be desired. I will preface the review by stating that Taylor Home Comfort and Anthony Taylor did a fine job of installing a heat pump at my house, if memory serves me in 2019. That experience was a positive. Flash forward to today, 12/23/2022, I went to check on my house (it is currently used intermittently) ahead of a severe cold front that will see temperature plummet to the single digits. When I arrived I found the unit not operational. I reset the breaker, got the unit running and stuck around to ensure it would remain that way. Well, after about 10 minutes the unit started to accumulate frost on the fins. Since I bought the unit from Anthony, I called his business and explained the situation to the woman that answered the phone. (Mary Jo?) When she found out no one currently lived at the house she informed me that their service techs were prioritizing service calls where people lived and had children. OK, understandable. She said she would check with the "service rep" and get back to me. An hour later she called back to say the first service opening they had was for January 26th. JANUARY 26th!!! Over a MONTH, in the dead of Winter, for "emergency service". . And the kicker? His office is less than 2 miles from my house. When I replied that that was disappointing to say the least to wait over a month for emergency service from the guy I paid 7G's to install the unit, she commented that was the best they could do " since you didn't have us service the unit" Ahhh ha. Now we're getting to the crux of the issue. I dropped 7 grand on the install but because I didn't spend anymore money at Taylor, they felt I should wait over a month to get my unit fixed.The unit experienced very light use since the house was used intermittently. I gave Taylor Home Services a call this past summer when my HVAC system stopped working during the hottest week of the summer. Anthony arrived on time, and was able to determine and solve the HVAC issue quickly with my home. Anthony was friendly, respectful, and professional while working with my wife and I, letting us know exactly what the issues were with our HVAC system. He provided excellent service, and our Carrier system is as good as new! I highly recommend reaching out to Anthony and Taylor Home Services for any of your HVAC needs.

I was in a pickle with an ac leak and decided to roll the dice and have freon added. They were responsive and (didn’t) recommend putting freon in i because of leak, but I made the choice to add because in heat wave and needed cool air asap plus time to think about replacement, repair, etc. Unfortunately, I didn’t do any research prior to the visit and figured they would be fine as they were referred by another person I knew. They charged me $125.00 for freon per pound + service fee. Ended up needing 5 lbs of Freon. I didn’t do any research and thought 125.00 was standard even though it felt a bit high. A couple days afterwards, I talked to two local places… the freon was only 45.00 per lb! They were even surprised on what Taylor charged. And, the owner for a different hvac place came out to assess and didn’t even charge for the visit. I cant review their work but only the price I paid. I definitely felt like I was gouged a bit but it was my decision to add the Freon. I just thought/hoped would only need a pound or two but needed more.… Can’t say anything about work. I cant imagine how much they would have been if I replaced the unit. I called jerry price hvac and had a brand new coil installed for only a few hundred bucks more than what they charged me for a 30 min service call to add 5 lbs of freon. Live and learn.
Despite some initial confusion over how they work with home warranties, this company made an every effort to help. Everyone was extremely courteous and understanding. While my woes with the home warranty company remain, Taylor Comfort was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Had a mini split installed in our sunroom, Anthony was fairly priced and got the job done quickly, we now have heat and AC making a previously unused room now our favorite in the house! Thank you!!!
Taylor Home Comfort installed an A/C unit for me. They were excellent from start to finish. The work was completed in a timely manner. The employees are all very friendly and obviously care about their customers. I have no problem giving them a five star rating! Highly recommend them.
I contacted Taylor Home Comfort to inquire about my faulty HVAC system. Anthony and his staff was very professional and quickly scheduled a tech to come out and quote the necessary work. Anthony came out the next day and told me I needed a new AC unit to replace the old York unit I had. Not only did he provide a great professional service, but he also suggested I upgrade the unit due to the size of the home. Anthony’s team was out the very next week with the new unit and completed all the work very quickly. I would HIGHLY suggest you give this company a call if you need any type of services they offer. The professionalism, speed and efficiency of work provided is unmatched. Not to mention the price for the work is probably one of the best in this industry. Prior to calling Taylor Home Comfort, I called a couple of different companies and got a few quotes. All of them were far more expensive to replace the old unit for the same model and size. Anthony offered me an upgraded model that is more efficient and powerful than my previous one, for a similar price to what everyone else offered for the same I had. The AC unit itself is made by a well recognized brand that is better or at least on par with the previous brand. A win/win no matter how you see it. Thank you for the amazing work Anthony! Jesus
I contacted the owner (Anthony) when my heater stopped working. He arrived 30 minutes later and was very professional. He walked me through everything he was doing and tested my entire system. After another company said i needed an entire new heating system, he fixed mine for significantly less. Great quality work for a great value. Thank you Taylor Home Comfort!
Taylor Home Comfort was a life saver 2 days before Christmas! Our heat went out in the middle of the night. I spoke to Anthony (the owner) at 8am and by 10am one of his service technicians was at our house fixing the problem! They were extremely knowledgeable, clean and prompt! We had our heat back and working better then before. I can not recommend Taylor Home and Comfort more!
