Mark and Dan came to clean our very dirty ducts today. They were professional, thorough and took diligence in making sure the ductwork was spotless upon departure. Knights Air Duct & Vent Cleaning LLC arrived on time, made an introduction, and got to work. They were courteous, amiable, and competent. They did a wonderful job cleaning the dryer vents, and when they were through, they cleaned up and left the area exactly as they had found it. They make an outstanding team. I would work with them once more, and I heartily endorse them to others.
I can’t say enough good things about Knights Air Duct They did a fabulous job rewrapping, repairing, and cleaning our entire duct system. I can already tell a major difference in the air quality and the temperature regulation. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them for all our duct work.

Daniel and his team were professional, prompt, communicative and thorough. I was impressed with their system and how they used clear plates over the vents so we could see what was coming out. I also appreciate the photos and videos. We were shocked at how dirty they were! We will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to others.

They were a no show, then after multiple called and app messaging they called me and told me to look for someone else. The call center folks were very rude. Awful company.
We have been experiencing nose bleeding lately and we suspected it was time to get the air ducts cleaned. We contacted this company and let me tell you they have earned every star! They thoroughly removed the dust from all the ducts. They were professional, communicative and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them and will contact them in the future.
I contacted this company to have my air ducts cleaned and a young man named Peter booked me for the next day between 9am-12pm. He also took my credit card information and charged me a fee for the estimate appointment. When 10am rolled around the next day I called just to see if they had an idea what time the tech would arrive, only to be told that they were not able to secure a technician for my appointment and the best they could do would be to reschedule. I told them to just cancel me. I was told I would be refunded for the $50 already charged... We'll see.
Had Knights Air Duct & Vent Cleaning LLC out to clean our Chimney and there tech was great. First thing he did was the inspection then he setup for the cleaning and explained each process in detail made me feel good about my choice of companies. When he was done he cleaned up after and we couldn't even tell he had been here. Great job and the price was on point with the other people we looked at. Thank you.
