Brew replaced my 20 year old AC with a new one in no time. I was very pleased with the service. They removed all the equipment in a timely manner as well.
Best HVAC company around full stop, do not call anyone else! Brew came out to check on our system that stopped heating and he was able to get it back up and running for us. Everyone is so professional and helpful from the office staff to the techs. Prices are reasonable and communication is easy. Was in dire need house was 80°. Called on a Monday morning they were able to fit me in they were knowledgeable. Diagnosed quickly. Showed me what I needed to see for me to understand what was wrong had the parts available fixed it in less than a half hour

Very happy customer here. Brew was great. We were a bit panicked when our Compressor stopped working. He provided a virtual quote in 24 hours, came by the next day for a final inspection and had installation scheduled two days after that. Joe and Aidan completed the installation. Nicest guys you’ve ever met. Really knowledgeable and just went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable throughout the process. Also: product works great. House is more comfortable. Highly recommend.

No hassle of sales person coming to your home going thru 90 min video (like 1 company I got a quote from) and the pricing simply can’t be beat. Our AC stopped working in the middle of a 95 degree day. I called Family HVAC at 4:00 PM, and my unit was repaired and cooling the house by noon the next day! Our technician Brew was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

Our furnace died. It is pretty old. So we called FamilyHvac and Brew came and checked it out. He found a bad part and it ended up being special order. He gave us a price on replacing the furnace as well because he didn’t want us to waste our money on this old thing. When it finally dies we will do that, but for now the heater repair was the way to go. He even lent us portable heaters while we waited for delivery. Thanks Family!!
We recently woke up to no heat in our home. Our furnace had stopped working. We new we needed a hvac contractor and called Family Heating& Air conditioning and we very pleased with their quick response. The tech was quick and honest. He repaired my heater and recommended a furnace replacement. We have an old heater and know we need to get a new one soon. When we are able to, we will be calling Family heating & Air conditioning for our free estimate and schedule a new heating and cooling installation!
