We have been using Sarosky for few years for maintenance on our heating systems and love their work. They clearly are masters at what they do. When it was time to get a new unit, we had Mark come over and give us all of the options. He presented the information and explained the differences between the units. He never pressured us to buy or to select a particular unit. We asked many questions and he was up front about all of the pros and cons to each. When they came to do the installation, they were respectful of our home and of us. They made quick work of it all and left our home, inside and out, as clean as it was when they arrived. I would recommend Mark and his crew to anyone looking for just regular maintenance on their heating/cooling systems. And if you know you need to replace your current system, I would definitely include Sarosky in your search for the right HVAC group.
Our oil furnace died and we decided to go in a different direction with a heat pump. Mark came, gave us lots of options and the cost was very reasonable for the quality. We got a much better system for less than other companies had quoted us. System has been running for a week now and we are so glad we made the switch. Highly recommend these guys.
Working with Mark from day one was great. He showed up on time, very professional, very knowledgeable, and courteous. Along with his helper installed a new heat pump and A/C unit. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will recommend Sarosky to all of my friends.
My husband called asking for same day appt and was told they were booked. He knew it was a long shot. I called back next week, left a message as they said they will call you back. . 3.5 hours later I called back, left a message.Received an irate call back about my many messages and then they said they told my husband they were booked out. He told me they did not, they told him they were not available that day and were very busy. Nothing about being booked permanently taking no business. I was asking for appt in a week - the first week on a new month. We just moved the the area, they serviced the place before. I don’t need a business to scold us for calling them for service. She was incredibly rude on the phone.
This is the kind of business that makes it worthwhile to stay local. Their competitive pricing, workmanship, and dependability is what impressed me. They were able to install four inside mini-split units for the same price that several other companies quoted me to install three. Their workers are trustworthy and they stayed focused on the details even while working outside in below freezing weather. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarosky Heating and AC to anyone that has heating and AC needs.

2021 2 Years ago I had Sarosky replace my moms A/C system and 2 years later I had Sarosky replace my A/C system. Frank performed another flawless installation just like he did at my moms. Thank you again to the Sarosky Heating & Air Conditioning team for meeting my expectations!! I highly recommend this company! A+++++++++ 2019 Sarosky Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job in replacing my mom's A/C system. The old attic air handler and outside unit had failed. We called Sarosky to take a look and they responded to the house the same day and found that the system was not repairable. They surveyed the system and we received a quote with 2 options within a day and installed the new system a week later after they received our approval. Their techs were prompt, explained the details of the work to be performed, covered the floors with tarps and cleaned up after they left for the day. They even worked through the HOT attic conditions! We really appreciate the quick response and are super happy with the installation process from start to finish and would highly recommend Sarosky Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you! A+++++++
Very kind and friendly during installation, but that sure changed during a maintenance call. Technician was rude to my mother and charged us $215 dollars for 15 minutes of assessing the issue and ‘labor’ to fix the problem when they indicated $100 for the first 30 minutes the day prior. They initially charged us for the material as well until she asked him why it wasn’t covered under warranty. Very disappointed with my experience working with them.
Sarosky was excellent to work with….quick and efficient. Ours was not an easy install and they handled it beautifully!
I've been doing business with Mark and Janice for almost 30-years. They've always been there when we needed their help. And our most recent gave us the opportunity to meet Mark Jr. He explained our AC problem clearly and did a wonderful job getting our system up and running.
Extremely happy with our AC replacement. Mark and Frank we’re extremely professional and dealt with some extreme heat in our attic during the install. I couldn’t be happier with the new unit, responsiveness to my questions, and overall service the entire team provided. Our house is nice and cool again!
We chose Sarosky Heating and Air Conditioning to install our new central air conditioning. It is a wonderful system. All of the vents and ducts were installed beautifully, no dust to clean up later. They are extremely professional, very clean, prompt, courteous, and did an absolutely beautiful job. We just love the Carrier central AC system. Sarosky replaced my home's gas furnace and AC. The work was done professionally and care was taken to keep my house clean while removing the old unit and then putting in the new one. The job was done on time and I'm happy with my new system. I would recommend Sarosky Heating and AC for anyone needing service or a new system.
Last month I had Sarosky install replace my exiting central AC System. They did an incredible job. The did exactly what I needed. I was concerned because the previous central air system was installed by a "do it yourself-er" and was not installed correctly. The fact that they were able to remove the old system and fit the new air handler up into my attic was a small miracle to me but it did not seem to be a problem for them at all. They worked clean and the whole install took a day and a half just as they said. Knowledgeable and friendly service and great communication. Since the install everything is working just as expected. I would highly recommend Sarosky Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking to have a new central ac system installed.
I had a service contract with Sarosky for 2 years on my 2 HVAC systems. Today one of the systems failed in the middle of a heat wave. I called for service and was told my service contract had expired, they no longer were servicing my type of equipment and they would not be renewing the service contract. All without notice or warning leaving me high and dry. They said they were doing that to all their customers with hybrid systems.. that is heat pumps with gas furnaces as backup heat. BEWARE, if you have a dual fuel system you too are at their mercy.
Air conditioner stop working on one the hottest days. Technician worked outside and in attic for hours to repair issue. Great service.
