Our AC unit stopped working on a holiday (4th of July!). AJ from Deluxe responded promptly came out within a half hour, diagnosed and replaced the condenser and got the A/C working again. Service was prompt professional and a fair price
AJ was quick, kind, professional and knowledgeable. The service was so good that I signed up for the club membership for my maintenance needs. I look forward to my relationship with Deluxe.

Wednesday night I had an emergency my oil tank started leaking after calling the fire department and also deluxe plumbing, deluxe responded rapidly and was able to stop the leak until I was able to get a new tank the following morning and installed by the Deluxe crew. I want to thank Bill, Chris, and blade, for a outstanding job very professional and courteous these guys deserve more than five stars I'll give them 100 stars, kudos to you guys most appreciated. I also want to thank Michelle that took my call .

Plumber Ryan did an amazing job! Had a really leaky faucet and after explaining all the options he was able to fix it in no time. Went the extra mile for me and taught me how the internals work. 11/10 would hire again.
I was having a problem with my furnace off and on since my recent annual maintenance. With that being said, Deluxe P&H made sure to address and try and resolve the problem in a very timely manner. And when they still weren’t able to resolve my furnace issue, to no fault of there own, they brought is the representative from Beckett, the manufacturer. He was even a little stumped. However, in the end the Beckett Representative provided me with a new burner for the furnace at no charge. Deluxe P&H provided me with great service to the end to get my heat working again as well as the kindness of Beckett Co.
They came to fix a leak caused by Best Buy geek squad trying to install my dishwasher and water line to my new refrigerator needless to say they didn’t install it and left me with leaks all over my kitchen. Deluxe plumbing repaired everything with extra attention to detail and quality. Professional and friendly. They did an amazing job
This is the third time I’ve used this company, and it’s the only plumber I’ll use in the future. I called them this time to take over a job that a different plumber has given me the runaround on, and I’m so glad I did. They were on time, brought high quality equipment, explained all their work, picked up on several things the other plumbers missed, and gave me a very clear estimate. They were very thorough and used a camera to check my entire sewer line. They notified neighbors politely and checked that none of the work on my line would affect theirs, etc. I have so much confidence in them. Although the price is more than some companies, it is worth it because the work is so high quality, the plumbers are on time and reliable, and the work is going to be warrantied for at least twenty-five years.

Deluxe came to the house to repair a pipe that leaked, the pipe was attached to a valve that went outside to a gate valve. they did the repair in January so I didn't turn on the water to the outside. I went to turn it on this past weekend, and it leaked. I called Deluxe to come and fix the valve because it didn't leak before they did the repair. They wanted to charge me for their worker (Brock) poor quality of work and not checking the valve when he was finished. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! POOR QUALITY OF WORK! They do not stand behind their warranty

Very quick to respond. Did not fix problems but did diagnose. Unit still under warranty with installer which was different company. Would highly recommend. Love that they put on shoe protector to enter home.
