Had my heater cleaned and ready for winter They did a fantastic job !
HVAC technician, Jesse Erb, did a great job today providing maintence to the AC units in my house. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Looking forward to his next visit in the fall for maintence on my furnace and attic heat pump!
My family have been customers since we moved in in 1957. We always have had good customer service and good communication with Deiter Bros. Gabrielle Dietrich was my heating and AC maintenance person today. I give him five stars. He always gives excellent customer service and I am always happy when I see that he is the maintenance person coming to check my heating and AC systems. I just had Miguel come today replace a fan from my furnace that was broken. He was very friendly and outgoing and told me exactly what he was going to do. He's very good with customer service and he also does a very good job.
Miguel was punctual, very nice, thorough and thoughtful. He did a very good job!
He was well informed, diagnosed the problem & had it fixed in under sn hour which included explaining how to use the settinse & the keypad
Gabriel arrived as scheduled. He immediately put on booties over his boots (thank you, Gabriel!), he did a thorough job, he answered our questions, and he exceeded our expectations by taking apart our air conditioning unit so that he could clean it properly. WOW!! Deiter Bros. has been a terrific company to use for both our maintenance and our oil supplier.

Our service tech was on time, professional, and knowledgeable about our system and issue! We eneded up just needing a capacitor replaced, he had the part with him and was able to complete the job on his first visit out. Would recommend Dieter Bros to others and would call them back out if we have other HVAC issues
Dieter Bros came during a heat wave to fix and service my central AC. They were reasonably priced, fixed the problem and they came when no one else did. They are very easy to deal with. A good job at the most important time Came and fixed the problem but kept checking and found a potential problem. Checked to make sure system was working correctly. A life saver.

Had Dieter Brothers and Brandon come out and do annual AC system maintenance. For the past few years the fan would make a noise that sounded like it was unsteady and vibrating. No other person/technician could find what was the cause and would say it works. Brandon troubleshot it to be a loose set screw that holds the fan in place. Everything else he completed was of the utmost quality and he was very professional!
Technician Terry and his assistant were excellent. Knowledgeable, efficient, courteous. Having them come back to do another job.
