We recently had Berks Energy install mini splits throughout our home and we couldn’t be happier. The installation was done in a very professional manner and we were extremely pleased with how neat and efficient the team worked in handling the installation. It was definitely a good decision and we recommend going with Berks Energy for any heating or air conditioning.

What a great experience we had using this company! You won’t regret hiring them to do any job in your home. They installed a new heating and air conditioning unit for us and have been out prior for some small jobs. The owner and the employees are all very friendly and professional and the work was done even faster than we expected. We won’t be calling anyone else in the future. They are the best!

My central air fizzled out last night, and the thermostat displayed multiple -- and terrifying -- errors. Jeff was able to stop by in the morning, diagnose the issue (a faulty blower motor), and return only a few hours later to fully install and test. Great same-day service from an amazing HVAC company. Folks, it doesn't get any better.
Berks Energy has been my go-to HVAC company for years. Excellent work, communication, and pricing. They have installed water heaters, heating systems, and A/C systems for me. I have recommended them to numerous friends who have also been impressed with their work.

I had a boiler replaced and they did an excellent job. First the price was more than fair and they got the work done in such a way, that there was minimal disruption to the heating in the residence.
I needed a new boiler to replace my near 25-year-old unit that had become unreliable. Berks Energy provided a very fair price, access to financing, and professional installation. They arrived when they promised and finished the job in a timely fashion. When they left, the area was spotless. I would highly recommend them!
Jeff and his team at Berks Energy are Top Notch. I needed a repair done to my 16 year old HVAC system,(Duct work Dampers not working properly) Going into it I was all set to pull the trigger on replacing the whole system. I asked Jeff his opinion on my system, I think he was reluctant to suggest a replacement - his words to me were - Can we fix it - yes, is it going to quit on you soon, probably not, is it on its way out - sure. I appreciated his honesty and I decided to go the replacement route anyway. Within a day or so he called and asked if they could start the next day, with in a little over a days worth of work, I have a new, highly efficient HVAC system. The install went with out a hitch, every thing was installed in a clean and tidy manner. I will not hesitate to recommend Jeff and his team at Berks Energy to anyone that needs HVAC service. Pleasure to work with.

Jeff and his team were amazing. They arrived on time, kept communication clear and ongoing. We obtained several quotes for the work we had completed by Berks Energy and Berks was the best in terms of value and warranty. I will use them again, with certainty, for all of our HVAC needs. I highly recommend!
The team at Berks Energy Star are second to none. For both our new heating system and our hot water heater, the products are efficient and working well and the installation and service were awesome. Clean neat installs and time taken to explain the products and their use. Also, heating systems and hot water heaters don’t give you 2 weeks notice before giving up the ghost. In both failures, we were up and running same day. Your emergency is their emergency. Save yourself a lot of time. Call Berks Energy Star for your HVAC needs, emergency or otherwise
My service was great at first. I called they came right away. Quick service, less than an hour and said it was fixed and left. Later that night found out heater was out again and not fixed. I called back left voicemail letting them know of the issue and what I should do. Because it was the weekend I waited until Monday to hear back . No phone call back, I called another company. They came out and noticed carbon monoxide smell coming out of the exhaust pipe outside the house, and said right away the furnace was shot. We needed to shut everything off immediately and buy a completely new furnace (which isn’t cheap) If the technician didn’t know what he was doing honesty would have been best. I ended up having to pay $139 for a job not fixed and then buying a new furnace from another company. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism or courtesy call back with an apology for issue not fixed. Will never use again.
