Simply the best. If you are lucky enough to have Mike work for you, you will not be disappointed.
I called his office at 7:35 am, and he was at my house that morning and replaced the compressor in our A/C unit. SUPER FAST response, and HIGHLY recommended. Professional and VERY responsive. "Mike" is my new A/C and Heating guy for sure!
UPDATE AT END!! WOW!!! What a gem!! We called because our A/C unit was leaking water and being new home owners we just decided to call the company that left a sticker on the unit after installing for the previous owner. When we called and mentioned the city we lived in, not only did they remember the installation more than 5 years ago, they remembered the exact unit and were able to tell us visually what to look for. Moreover, because they couldn't make it out to us (they were working for FREE fixing things at a church) they asked us to text a photo of the unit so they could properly describe to us the very EASY solution to our problem. He refused to get paid even though we offered to send money via bank transfer. We have had one other video consultation due to covid and that company charged us, and we didn't mind at all, just making a point that he could charge and he didn't. So the LEAST we can do is tell you, the review reader, that this company is great. Personable, knowledgeable and charitable. UPDATE!! Again, we had issues with our heat, we called them and OVER THE PHONE they helped us find the simple solution. Kindly walked us through the fix, then AGAIN refused payment. We don't want to need them in the future, but if we ever do we cannot wait to FINALLY pay them for something. Imagine that! Great company.
Our new system is all we wanted, and more. Mike was great to work with! He showed up when he said he would, did the job on time, and cleaned up after himself every step of the way. We couldn’t ask for better!
Mike is always available for any problems or questions we may have. He is extremely knowledgeable about the GeoThermal Heating system we had him install in our new home. He is neat and courteous at all times. We would not use anyone else
Great customer service experience. Mike got us going in the middle of the heat wave and came back with the exact part and finished the job when he said he would. Very pleased.
The business owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In the case of a spontaneous failure of your heating system, they would make a house call at midnight to make sure you can stay warm during the winter.
