Is now Horizon, but service still fantastic.
From making a last minute appointment, to doing a complete and thorough job AND save me money, showing me how to improve my system and save money doing it, I had a terrific experience with Horizon in general and the technician, Richard Dow.
We had an excellent technician.
Technician very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite.
Rich was wonderful! Based on the location, I thought there was a problem with the heating duct but he quickly figured out that it was a plumbing v. heating problem. He called to arrange for a plumber to come the next day and said that he would personally brief him. He also volunteered to do our heating maintenance for us while he was there, even though my scheduled appt was not until November. He is the best!
Excellent from start to finish. 7 hours for complete replacement of heating and AC systems. Beautiful workmanship and WIFI integration. Perfect cleanup.
Now Horizon. Will oversell as much as they can for as much as they can . Done doing business with them.

Great company that I have been using for probably some 30-40 years. Easy to make an appointment for a time that suits you, they show up on time, and perform service in a very professional manner. I have bought systems from them, including heater. They are very competitive on prices.
This company was recently taken over by Horizon. They do good work but the major change is the price to the consumer. They are reasonable for yearly inspections, but their product is too expensive.

Oscar is ageat technician. He know what to look for and rapidly solves the issues.
Definitely a hard sell for a new ac system during a routine repair.
Jerry Jones was excellent. He listed the various options to replacement my leaking outdoor faucet. The one we chose was difficult but the most aesthetically pleasing. He worked diligently to remove a very old faucet from a stone sided house and cemented the new faucet in perfectly blending with the existing stonework. Thank You, for an excellent job.
Jeffrey was professional, let me know when he was coming. Showed up and let me know what the issues were and what my options were.

I had my air conditioning unit replace on 6/24/19. The crew arrived on time and took great care of our home as they worked in the attic and outside. They were courteous and pleasant to talk to, answering questions when we had them and letting us know what they needed. They were hard workers and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would hire these guys anytime!
I had a recent AC installation from Horizon/ServiceMark. They did an excellent job! Daniel and Kyree were very thorough and showed me how everything works at the end.
