I had Titan come out to look at my ac unit. It was not cooling. They called when they were on their way. Found the problem and quoted a price. They had to order the part. They called the next day to let me know the part came in. Everyone was very nice.
Titan replaced my furnace and AC. They said what they would do and did what they said. They also did it at a competitive price. Can't ask much more than that. Great job!
The company has after hours help, which is what I need as a teacher. They are always there to support the equipment that they place in your home. I have a lot of trust in this company and their workers.

Titan installed a mini-split heat pump at my house. Nice guys doing the work. A few weeks after the installation, we had our first few 80+ degree days. The unit didn't put out any cool air! Oh no! I called Titan, and they sent their tech out the next morning. Turns out there was a small leak in the coolant system that drained the unit over the weeks between install and first use. Young guy fixed it up, checked it out, and we are back up rockin' and rollin'. Those with character own and correct their mistakes. Good enough for me any day.
I had a furnace & AC unit installed at my previous home years ago and was happy to have them install a new AC unit & furnace at my new home. Quality work from a quality company!
My 85 year old grandmother had a heating emergency after hours. Cold air is blowing out of her vents. It's supposed to go down into the 20s tonight. I brought her home with me because she couldnt stay there. I called 3 times and my mother called twice and left a message. We tried 2 different numbers too! We waited for a call back because we assumed we would get a call back pretty quick. Still has yet to come. If you say your open 24 hours a day for emergency yet no one answers and no one calls you back. Ridiculous!
I highly recommend Titan. They provided fast response and repair of my home's hot water furnace system. They are fair and honest.

The team at Titan HVAC completed a new Furnace install including duct work within 12 hours. Customer service from Eric and the 2 on-site technicians was top notch. Install began and finished as scheduled and all areas of the home were cleaned up and put back to where they were found. We turn to Titan for all our HVAC needs and anyone in the Western PA area should get a quote from Eric before your decide on your HVAC needs.
Eric and his team were so wonderful and professional! They replaced our old AC and furnace and did a great job! They walked us through our new thermostat install step by step and they completely cleaned up after themselves! I would definitely recommend Titan!

I can't say enough about how FANTASTIC my experience with Titan was! We lost our HVAC in the middle of a heat wave. They were able to service our HVAC the NEXT DAY. More importantly, they had the needed part on their truck and had our unit up and running within an hour. The technician also did a thorough inspection of the unit and offered some options for better cooling our house. Thank you Lisa and Dave, Titan is lucky to have you!
They charge a minimum of $110 a visit even if they don't do any work for "diagnostic". We explained our frozen pipe issue in detail over the phone only for them to show up and regurgitate what we already knew and to find another company to complete the work. Don't waste your time or money.
This company quoted me an amount and once the work was done sent me the bill 200 dollars higher then they quoted me. They will not respond to discuss this matter. This is not a business you want to bring to your house as they will Guage you for every penny they possibly can. Do your self a favor and learn from my mistake. Stay away from this company and deal with actual professionals who know how to properly run a business.

Very professional and provided excellent service — on time. From the office staff to the service provider, all were kind and very helpful. Our technician, Justin was excellent. The company is trustworthy, their staff is knowledgeable, and everyone there is easy to work with. That’s very hard to find. I rarely write reviews and just had to for this company.
Excellent Service, Eric runs a quality business with courteous knowledgeable employees. Cleaned up and even found a problem with an existing furnace and fixed it on the spot.
