My air conditioner's thermostat was malfunctioning, causing temperature fluctuations. The technician reprogrammed and fixed it, and now my A/c maintains a stable and desired temperature without any issues. Great work!!
Called this morning to have my AC unit checked was not working. Was told that someone would be out today. He arrived around 7:00 pm and took care of the problem, needed a new thermostat. Zeke was very nice! Would recommend Werley without hesitation.

We were extremely pleased with Werley. Our technician in Cole was right on time, was very knowledgeable and did a thorough evaluation of our system. Pricing for Werley was very fair. They will be our go to company going forward for our heat pump.
UPDATE They made things right by sending out a different rep, who looked at all my systems thoroughly and explained things in detail. They also renewed my yearly maintenance agreement, which had lapsed, and deducted the charge .I’m changing my one star review to five. —-original review—- I called Werley because we have a yearly contract with them. My daughter’s room is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The vent in her room barely has flow. Her brothers room adjacent to her room has a gigantic flow of air and it’s always really cold in the summer and really warm in the winter. I was hoping that they could come out and readjust the flow so that her room would get more airflow. However, the technician came and went to her room and surmised within minutes that her problem was that her room had outside wall and that the sun shines on her one wall. He then said I needed to get a split unit which I think cost something like $5000 or more. Then they charged me $110. He never checked anything else except the inside of her room. I was really disappointed because up until this time they had seem to be very good. Please note that the technician was very nice and had a good manners, but I was expecting a lot more especially after they charge me $110 which I was surprised that they charge me because I have a contract with them.

I was very pleased with the scheduled maintenance appointment. The technician called to see if an earlier arrival was possible. Since I was home it was not a problem. He was friendly, professional and timely. Werley is very dependable and that is a big reason that I continue to have an annual service agreement.
