Don’t bother. I’ve been calling leaving messages for over 2 months to get a quote and not one person has returned a call back.
I was so pleased with the courtesy help I got when the AC stopped working in this heat. Right from start Jen was so professional and considerate, she promised to do her best to get someone out today and if not then first thing tomorrow and she came through, so very grateful thank you! The service tech Tiegan was awesome very professional and had us backup and running in no time! Thank you to all!! I definitely recommend them!!!
MBI is the place to go for your HVAC needs! We recently contracted with them after the need to replace the upstairs unit in our home. We had 7 companies in for estimates, simply because they were all over the place on what they were proposing, none of which was what I requested. MBI nailed it on the first shot. Frank Hauptman was terrific, he listened and then spoke. We are very happy with their service and you will be too! Part 2 to this story: MBI has lost their way! Frank Hauptman is no longer there, he was the primary reason we bought an entire Trane system from MBI. Their service after the fact is horrible, they sent 3 guys out to repair an air cleaner, we paid them and they have yet to follow up on the work as it still isn't completed. I called 3 times and the last call was to have mark the owner call me--still holding my breathe. Why is customer service so hard??
Had a replacement geothermal system installed this summer. The team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and always cleaned up after work. They were very responsive to some product issues that took almost three months to resolve, but always continued to pursue the right solution.
Boiler blew 3 days before Christmas. The MBI team was able to make sure a new one was installed so we had heat over the holidays!!! Quick, reliable, and always a fair price.

I was referred to Frank by other plumber because the heater system I have and after two proposals. Frank's went above and beyond with us. He explain me everything and the price he give me was very reasonable in comparison with the others. I'll definitely call him again if I need it and if someone ask me I'll said "call this guy".
I've worked with MBI commercially in the past and most recently on my property. They installed a 2 unit mini split system and were timely with the install and subsequent start up. Pricing was fair and they were responsive to calls and emails.
MBI answered the many questions I had during the "research stage", ended up having the lowest quote, and then did a great job of installing my Trane A/C. They used friendly, cheerful installers who answered all my questions about how the new system worked, and even did some simple modifications in response to my installation circumstances. I would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise (like when the second zone A/C dies).
