Our water heater failed last year. He was available the next day and did the whole job in a few hours. It's about 9 months later and the new hot water heater is working perfectly. We're very happy.

I left a very negative review for this company. The response I received from the company was professional, caring, and appropriate. My review was indeed posted to the incorrect Integrity company. I want to express my sincere apology. We are local to Allentown and if allowed to select a replacement vendor we will submit our preference with AHS. The company that was meant to be reviewed so poorly was Integrity Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. in Mt. Pocono.
This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. On August 28, 2021 they first contacted me to state they would come out and evaluate the crack in my furnace, could possibly be “red tagged”. Told us to get Carbon Monoxide detectors “just in case”. It is February 2022 and they have not responded to my request nor have they responded to American Home Shield. Do not trust anything they have to say. Do not trust any repairs they tell you are completed.
Integrity did two different jobs for me and I recommend him to anyone, he also did a great job at my cousin's place.
Man what can I say honesty professional seeing what other tech's did and fixing all the wrongs that they did top notch service good sense of humor blessings upon blessings
Professional attitude and friendly service, it was at midnight and he responded with a smile and a can do attitude!!
Gas leak fix
We needed our dryer vent installed in our basement, along with the electric outlet. Ty was punctual, he did exactly what he said he would do. He brought the materials and made it very easy for us. His work is neat, and he cleaned up afterwards. We definitely will call him again for our next project, install our new dishwasher line. Thanks Ty!
We had a leaking hose pipe in the basement and a leaking kitchen sink faucet that needed to be repaired. Ty was able to fit us into his schedule for the same week. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely friendly and professional! He clearly explained what was needed for each repair and was able to supply an estimate right away. He had everything fixed within a few hours. We weren't expecting to replace our kitchen sink faucet so I appreciated the time he took to make sure he picked up something we liked from the store. I highly recommend Ty and will definitely be hiring him again for future projects!

I used this company because my air conditioning unit stopped working. The technician was prompt and accurate with his diagnosis of the problem. He was fair, honest and professional. I will definitely refer him to all my friends. God bless you in your business.
I received two outrageous quotes, one from Lowe’s and one from Schuler Service. I mean...OUTRAGEOUS quotes to install a gas combi boiler system. I was referred by a friend to Tyquan and I literally hugged him when he came out and provided a quote, hahaha. Within 2 minutes you know he is a really good guy and KNOWS HIS STUFF. He is clearly a very sharp guy and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly and thoroughly. His quote for the IDENTICAL system and work quoted by the shady big box stores was HALF and more than half LESS than what they quoted. If you need work done, I’m telling you right now, don’t even think about using anyone but Tyquan. He hasn’t done the job yet, however I have absolutely no doubt in my mind it will be done perfectly and timely. He was referred by a friend of mine who had work done by him and every other customer on here rated him 5 stars. I cannot wait to get my new system installed and will be back to update this review with what I know will be a flawless installation. Thank you, Tyquan! I’m glad there are still good people out there like you who work hard and do good work without ripping their customers off :) 02/03 Udate: Tyquan did an excellent job on the install and really went above and beyond. He always kept me informed of any challenges that inevitably arise when doing something of this nature and always quickly found a solution. System is great and very happy with both the price and quality of work. This guy knows what he’s doing and he’s honest and doesn’t try to kill your bank account. Thank you!!
