Joe & his son were able to come out and fix my HVAC system quickly and efficiently. They were very nice, reasonable and a I would recommend to others in the future.

Joe & Tim are awesome! They did a masterful job installing central A/C along with a pair of mini-split units in my parents old stone home 5 years ago. This required thorough planning for placement of ducting throughout multiple levels without unnecessary lose of precious closest space. Joe was professional, timely, and had an in-depth discussion on which system I needed, didn't try to up-sell me even though I thought I needed a more expensive unit. His workmanship was clean and neat. The job was finished on time.
Definitely unreliable and unprofessional. I generally hesitate to comment on service companies. This is the 2nd time I had similar non-responsive from Quallet HVAC, They installed the unit and it is covered under warranty. Repeatedly calling them for one week and not able to reach get them take a look is unaccepted. After a negative comment, they quickly respond with excuses.
Joe and crew installed my new Weil McClain boiler and hot water heater. Removed old expansion tank, 30+ year old heater and cleaned up lines running to new boiler with shut-off valves to boiler, for easy maintenance down the line. Joe has the knowledge and his prices are very competitive. I highly recommend him for your plumbing and heating needs!
I really enjoyed talking with Joe, and he gave me a good price on a mini-split AC system. His workers wrongly connected the handlers in 2 or the 3 bedrooms, but Joe came back and corrected the problem. This was in the summer of 2021. Then I noticed that the outside hoses had not been properly covered all the way, and I called Joe's attention to that. He promised to deal with it. Well, I called and texted him perhaps a dozen times over the next year, and it still isn't taken care of. So, while I would like to give Quallet 5 stars, I can give them only 3.
i tried replacing my thermostat and couldn't get it to work. put the original one back in and nothing working. called quallet (close to 6pm on a saturday). i'm assuming it was joe, he answered the phone, listened to my situation and said he was confident it was a blown fuse. he also took the time to explain a little bit about how thermostats work and i realized i'd want to exchange it for one that has a common wire connection. back up and running after replacing the fuse that *was blown. will definitely use them next time i need hvac service. UPDATE: i ended up having to call them for service. i thought the reason my thermostat would intermittently not kick in was my old thermostat, but the problem persisted with the new one. everything's working normally after tim cleaned the furnace. he believed it was a dirty igniter (or flame sensor?) and it appears that was the case. friendly and reasonably priced.
looked for a local hvac recommendation in the abington neighbors fb group and several people had good things to say about quallett. i tried replacing my thermostat and couldn't get it to work. put the original one back in and nothing working. called quallet (close to 6pm on saturday). i'm assuming it was joe, he answered the phone, listened to my situation and said he was confident it was a blown fuse. he also took the time to explain a little bit about how thermostats work and i realized i'd want to exchange the new one i bought for one that has a common wire connection so it wouldn't be running exclusively off battery. i'm back up and running after replacing the fuse that was blown and have my new thermostat installed with the common wire connection. hopefully won't have a need to call him again anytime soon (knock on wood!), but next time i have any hvac needs i'll definitely be calling him first.
Got an estimate from joe.. the owner.. he told me he would get back to me about the estimate and never heard from him again.. noticed alot of other people said this about him also.. i took a chance and gave him a call.. nope same outcome… no communication no reaponse no estimate.. save your time call … that hvac guy….. oreland pa!!!!!
My family and I are appreciative of the services Joe and company provided. Our AC went out one night and when my mom called the next day Joe showed up that night to assess the situation. He gave suggestions on what he thought would be best but never pressured us one way or another. His team came a few days later and installed a new unit which we are very satisfied with. Definitely recommend Quallet HVAC!

My mini split needed a good cleaning and Joe came out on short notice and got it running like new again. Also gave me a great quote for an oil to gas boiler conversion. Just a real pro with honest straightforward communication and excellent workmanship, no BS. Highly recommend!
Today my Air conditioning went out, it was 95F/35C outside. By 9am it was nearly 80F/26.7C inside. It's amazing how much you get used to AC, how much you miss it. At 4:30PM, 9 hours after I called, Quallet HVAC showed up. Joe didn't just fix the system, he chatted with me, explained everything, provided advice, and made sure everything was sorted out. It's rare to find such great service. The house is still warm, but the AC is still running, the temp is coming down. This isn't the first time, it's actually the 3rd! In my old house Joe came and fixed the AC that was in the attic, no complaints about 100F+ temps, just great work. In this house, I called about a broken water heater. Both times, great service, response and resolution within a day. Quallet is my first call for HVAC, I've never needed a second. Thank you.
Service was same day as requested. Tim was informative and professional. He did an HVAC evaluation to see if we needed a new system. He said our system looked good. We appreciate their quick response and honesty.

Joe and team did a great job doing my AC maintenance. I’ve dealt with HVAC people in the past who just do the bare minimum, but Joe Jr did the little things to ensure the unit will remain healthy.
