The technician who came to inspect our AC unit was nice enough. He spent 15 minutes addressing what was at fault, charged me almost $120 and told me his office would call that night or the next day with a price quote to fix our AC. That was over two weeks ago. My lady called a few days after that day, talked to a woman who again said they'd get back in touch but it's been silence from Watkins since. I'd love a refund. This is not how a business should conduct themselves considering we haven't been difficult to deal with, until now with this factual review.
They really tried to help with your problem. They are professional and try to work with our duct work. The repairman was courteous and and did his job very good. He was very friendly and made sure to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to Watkins, I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Jamie was so great to work with! Jay came out to look everything over, then he didn’t just mail or email the quotes, he actually came and discussed them with us. Jake and the young men who came and replaced our units were respectful and very hard-working! The job was finished way faster than we expected! We know we have found a company we can trust and that means so much to us. Great experience with the Watkins bunch!

We had Jay and his team come in and remove, relocate, and replace our hole system. They removed the old system and relocated the new one from the west end of the house to the east end away from the dryer vent. There was no sales pressure what so ever. I can’t say enough about his staff from support and information to installation. Jamie was unstoppable in working for us. Even while on maternity leave no questions, calls or text went unanswered. From my first call to them she has been excellent in helping us every step of the way. The installation was as equally as impressive very knowledgeable and hard working people I feel like they worked as if it was there own home making sure it was done right with very high quality standards. Jay, Jamie and everyone at Watkins heating and air Thank you.
My air went around 2: 00 am 9/3/2021 and I was desperate to have someone fix it since I am from England and sick. After calling lots of other places. Watkins was the only one who would try to fit me. They were awesome! He fixed it very quickly and checked everything before he left! I would definitely recommend them and will be hiring them again if needed.
Nice place inside & out! We stopped there for water because my truck heated up. I have never had them work for me either. They were real nice folks. Was able to use the water too & head to town. Thanks for helping!
We have been using Watkins since the early 90's and only have good things to say about them. Sure, we tried others throughout the years but have to yet to find anyone out there that comes close to the pricing and the friendly service from Watkins. Plus, they are just good people. They recently installed a new furnace and AC unit (the old one they installed finally gave out after 17-18 years) and could not be happier with the exception of not having the old one go out. The price, ease of installation and service from Jay, Jake, Jamie and everyone else that came out was exceptional. I highly recommend Watkins and I did not get paid in any form to write this. One final note, a Bravo Zulu to Watkins!

I recently had to have my old heat pump & a/c replaced. I had many questions & they answered them, showing me the facts & figures. I am grateful for the great job done by all. They are very professional and I highly recommend. Lorene Monday.

I have used this company several times. They set the appointment and called prior to coming. Lady on phone was pleasant and knowledgeable and tech was great. They were able to fix my a/c that day and their charges were reasonable. Highly recommend.

Its been a year. Still nothing fixed after putting in 2 units. Not 1 service visit after paying for that. Pad is still broke. They have not shown up when they said they would. Paid well over for trusted service that can not be trusted any more.
Prompt, curtious and fair price. Highly recommend.
