The C & C service techs were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Tate, Devin and Cody had great interpersonal skills, explained what they were doing in layman's terms and worked quickly on the furnace/AC installation. I am very happy with the service provided and will use C & C in the future.
The technician that came to repair my heater was Richard T. He was very professional and was detailed in his answers for any questions I had. Great job.
They replaced my outside unit/A-Coil and cleaned and sealed all my vents all in one day! I'm cooler, comfortable and happy. Tate was the lead man, and I found Richard and I have a similar fondness of Blaze King stoves. I built them as a kid in high school.
Showed up the same day I called. The technician Richard was very professional and courteous. After diagnosing the problem, I was given options for repair, which he explained. The work was completed and ac unit is running great. Very professional company, will use this company in the future.
Tate was our specialist & we was very kind , professional & thorough. The office staff are very responsive & communication is wonderful. We are working through getting quotes at this time but so far they have been wonderful in this process.

Tate came out to diagnose my unit as it was having trouble keeping up. He was very fast and professional and came forward with a few solutions before making repairs. The repairs were completed quickly. Would 100% recommend C&C to anyone in the area.

Very professional work and punctual. Our ducts were in bad shape and they fixed them right up. Very happy customer.
In February the technician came immediately to repair our home heating system when it was below freezing temperatures & did the maintenance & repair needed as we had only been in the home a few months. So, of course I called when the A/C was struggling in the first few hot days we had in May. The office staff & technicians have all been so helpful.

The office personnel took care of us within a few hours which was incredible considering it was SO cold outside. Everyone was kind, efficient & professional. I will use C&C in the future for any service I need that they can provide because they were so good.
