Not happy. Installed a very expensive system. Two service calls in a year after system installed. Nobody seems to have an answer. This is not the experience. I expected with the Daikin system. What good is the warranty on the parts when it’s so expensive to install them?
Competent. Reliable. Affordable. What more can you want from a company? Will highly recommend.
Adding R22 Freon to aging system that had leak that couldn’t be repaired. We will purchase a new HVAC system from them to be installed next week after the holiday. So far so good.
They did great work but charged way to much.
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem in minutes and saved me a lot of money by not just throwing new parts at it.
Really appreciate them being here early and fixing it so quickly.
Our technician Caleb is very knowledgeable answering all my questions. He went out of his way to help us on the service call fee. I was desperate & didn't know what I was gonna do. Thank you very much👍

TL;DR: Air Solutions is great. Fast, friendly, reliable. 5/5 will use again for any service they offer. June 2023: Called for an estimate on repiping the house. Keegan was punctual, actually called to see if he could come early but I wasn’t home at the time. He answered my questions and Air Solutions’ price came in under the competition. Fast, Fair, and Friendly! I will update after the repiping is complete. 5/5 definitely recommend. December 2022: I had another water line burst the day before Christmas Eve. Air Solutions was there Christmas Eve to repair the line. As Chris was climbing out of the attic ANOTHER line burst! They were quick to have that repaired as well. Fast, Fair, and Friendly as always. 5/5 Will call again. February 2021 had Oklahoma in some record breaking cold weather and lots of busted water lines. I called Air Solutions after my line blew in the attic. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, professional, and helpful. Even though they were swamped with emergency calls they made me feel important. Chris arrived on time, was very friendly, identified the issue, and had it fixed fast. He was informative and patient in answering all of my questions. The price was more than fair and to top it all off, they came on a Sunday. I can’t say enough good things about AirSolutions. Thank you again Air Solutions!
Great service, Keith was awesome to work with, he did an amazing job in troubleshooting the problem and repairing it in a timely manner. Also it was nice to get to talk about all of his family while he was working. You guys are the best.
Michael showed on time assured me that the piece that was found would take a lot to come loose from the air condition unit. He opened it up just to be sure and sure enough it didn’t fall from the unit. He was nice to eye contact he is a great guy.
I chose air solutions on a friend's recommendation. They diagnosed my problem. Ordered a part. Came back. And in 45 minutes I had cold air coming out of my vents. The guys were friendly and professional. I hope I don't need to call again, but if I do, I'll call them.

I called to have them come out and see why my unit wasn't cooling, We with their help have limped the old out of date airconditioner the last 4 out of 5 years. They were super quick to respond . I called them on Tues the 6th of June they came out Thursday the 8th of June., Sadly the old girl had just had it. They had a gentleman come out right then and give us an estimate on a new unit. They even helped us secure financing. They came out on Saturday and installed it Johnathan Greelee was professional and answered all our questions, it had rained out so he put down runners on our floor as to not track mud all over. Great company and great people working for them. Don't hesitate to call them.
Our building had an AC unit stop cooling and they were quick to get us scheduled at a time that worked for us. Cody came and was very professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly! So thankful too because all other companies I called would not be able to come out for a few days. Highly recommend!

Pipe came loose on HVAC which causes it to leak water on the bottom of HVAC onto the next level down. A support board will need to be installed under the HVAC Unit so it doesn't fall thru the wet board supporting it! I will have to find to install it! Currently, I have a box fan blowing into both levels of HVAC UINT Shelving! Technician was professional and friendly.
Called for service on system they installed made appointment for Friday, technician arrived at 11:30 and started trouble shooting for communication issue. Found broken wire in low voltage wiring. Technician was joined by a 2nd technician and was able to use two different wires in the wiring system. I was charged $78 for repair on a three month old system
