I would highly recommend Air-Con. I have used their services before, because I knew I could count on them to be there for me. I believe they are the best at what they do. They explain what the problem is and the solution. They do not pressure you into making a decision. It is my personal opinion that they are honest and would not take advantage of anyone. I appreciate them and their hard work ethics.
Gary has always been quick to respond, service with a smile, extremely knowledgeable. This guy knows his stuff! We’ve used him for 20+ years.
Quick service, had emergency air problem. Fixed it. Signed up for annual maintenance . Service men were through, polite and explained the problem.

They installed the new AC condenser in my house, and when I had trouble with it two years later, Gary talked me through some common troubleshooting issues over the phone. When that didn't work, he had his people out the next morning, and bless them, they got that dude working again before lunch! Prompt, professional business; they are my go-to people for AC needs!
Rarely responded to phone calls, would cancel appointments without notice, and took several trips to fix simple problems. Anecdote: After waiting about a week to get service after our problem was "fixed," it turns out we had low freon. The tech's response? "I should have checked that lest time." Get someone else if humanly possible.
Unfortunately our experience was not a good one with Gary. From Gary not turning up until days after he said he would. We had to make numerous phones calls to even reach someone that would answer the phone. After Gary finally arrived he said that he wouldn't inspect the unit that was in the attic because he has bad knees, this is obviously not great news at 7pm on a Friday night when it is going to be almost 100 degrees the next day.
These guys work hard and always try to get to the customers as quick as possibly!!!
I have rent houses and they always did a great job. I wouldn't use any one else.
