I needed a complete hvac system replacement. From the initial phone call for estimate to cleanup and haul away this company was far the best. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Explained everything and answered my questions. The estimate they gave me was what I paid. Would highly recommend this company.

He was very knowledgeable, he replaced compacitor and rewiring, charged for diagnostic device runs, over $400 for the visit, could've bought compacitor online for $20 and done it myself, my week's paycheck

Josiah and David arrived on time. They were very courteous and done their work professionally. When they entered the house they protected the carpet and floor by rolling out a cloth to walk on and put covers on their shoes. They knew what they were doing and one done the work inside while the other worked outside. They stayed busy and cleaned up their work area. I'm very pleased.
I called because my A/C went out of course, in the hottest part of the summer. The guy in the office was really nice and I will say they immediately came out to my house, I was not there but my room mate was. Later in the day she called me and told me the inspector came out and said. "There was a major leak in the a-coils and the outside unit was not compatible with the inside unit." She said he was really pushy with wanting us to buy all new equipment for the inside to math the outside unit, that I just bought 2 summers before. Long story short, all in all , I was looking at about $2,800.00 or maybe more. She said he was almost down right rude when she told him that she was not the home owner and she would relay his message to me. Which she did. I was not thrilled with the info so I got a second opinion. The second guy came out and was able to fix my a -coils and refill my outside unit with freon ALL for about $400. I'm not sure if the guy that came out to my house was new or what. But, probably won't be calling them again. I'll go with my second option.
My son called them last month. Were supposed to check for leaks and check duct work but didn't do either. Charged almost $1000 just for 5 gallons of Freon. Said it was too hot to check duct work. Here it is a month later and system is freezing up and we are out of Freon. Would not recommend!!! Most expensive place we've ever seen!!! Absolutely ridiculous
From estimate to replacement things ran smooth! Very professional workers that we're efficient and friendly answering all my questions. They were on time , finished an all day job in under 5 hours ! I've used Mountain Air a handful of times. Every time I'm treated with respect and care. I always feel like they're giving me their best. This most recent time I had them come in to repair a bad duct run. It was by far the most quality work I've ever seen in duct work and I've seen alot in my 35 years. Mountain Air will always get my business.
Very professional people. Very thorough on initial inspection. During install workers kept me informed of what's going on and got a complete install done within the time window that was given. Highly recommend using them for any and all HVAC needs.

$750 to replace A fuse and recharge. Had to pay another service company to actually fix it.
I understand about making a profit ,profit is what makes the world go round . But just how much profit should you make from each individual service call how do you sleep at night. You send a service tech out you can’t seem a find the leak charges us for 5 pounds of R-410 at $160 for the first pound then $99 a pound for 4 more with all total bill of over $750. Now if you could tell me the super heat and sud cooling before you add gas then after you add gas . So when it runs out of gas again which we both know it will since you can’t find the leak do I just fork you over another $750 or do you want $1700 next time .
