Lowder Brothers is always who I call now. I have used them personally and now we use them at Anytime Fitness Chaffee Crossing
They were very friendly and courteous
We called louder Brothers Heating and Air because we had a condensation leak from our air conditioner and the gentleman came right over. Was very very nice took care of the problem or assess the problem did a tune-up on our air conditioner. This is a company's number that I will definitely keep for future issues if I should have them.
The Lowder Brothers are helping me nurse my ancient AC through the summer, they have been amazing. they are easy to reach, fast and knowledgeable.
Wonderful customer service! My AC went out late in the evening, called them the next morning and they were here promptly in less than 2 hours. Very affordable service. Very friendly and informative! Will use them again!
Great communication and fix the problem real fast
Called and the next day they were out and put in a brand new Air and heating system, just love the way it was put in that afternoon Very Professional and on the hottest week. Thank you Lowder Brothers
I got a quote and it was very competitive. I will use them in the future. Unfortunately i called right before new years and it took them a few days to get the quote to me . I had a another hvac person here who was professional and his price was higher but i committed before lowder got their quote back.
Hunter and Trey were so kind and friendly. Very professional as well. They had our heat fixed very quickly. Highly recommend

Great guys, called at 2:30 pm expecting to set up an appointment and they came the same day. Charged our AC unit and quoted me on a new unit. Will definitely use them when getting a new unit installed.
I have not at this time as I just switch to Lowder Bros. from a differnt company. Being on SS it means alot to go with a company that doesn't want an arm or leg to get their Maintenance Agreement. I will have a check-up in October. I can tell you this much, Megan has been very helpful to me and I feel that she went above and beyond to answer my questions. I greatly appreciate her very much. I gave you 5 stars @ this time just because of Megan, as wanted you know that she is a keeper. Very knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to October to see the technician come and check out my electric furnace and ac. So glad that one of your men's grandmother told me that one her grandsons was now working for you, my great-nephew. Yes, I question him before I sign up. He's a great person. I told Megan who he was. He's not a technician but does other important work for you. Again I look forward to October.
First contact staff was very nice and helpful. Sent service tech next day he called first and was on time. Helpful with explaining what was needed.
Tech and Owner were very helpful and understanding, even after I was rude and let this Arkansas weather melt my brain. They explained how the system works and gave critical feedback that will allow me to keep my system from suffering damage in the future. The owner was awesome and even messaged me to ensure things went smoothly after the Tech left. Many other companies gave my Wife and I the run around, and Lowder took the time to push us up in their busy schedule to take a look at our issue.

Very professional and courteous service. Very prompt with response when I called, and arrived on time. Considering how very hot it is, we are very thankful for the swift response and help in fixing our air conditioner!
