Country Comfort is one of the most professional, punctual, and honest companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I own a rental property and have used many different contractors of just about every trade you can imagine. I have to say it is exceedingly rare to come into contact with a company that understands the concept "We don't want your money, we want your business" like Jason and Tanner do. The work I needed done was on my personal home which has a unique set of challenges. It is a dome house which is extremely energy efficient, but has a problem with trapping humidity in the house because it is air tight. Tanner took the time to explain many different systems to me, how they work, and what he believed would be the best option for my unique set of circumstances. Jason worked up quotes for me and I wasn't pressured into anything. After the quote and the inspection I decided at the time I couldn't justify the cost due to unexpected medical expenses for my wife. They were not upset or put out in any way, and offered to charge my system for a fair price. They advised me it may last a few years or it may only last the summer, but be sure to call if I had any problems. Sure enough, it lasted about a year, and here I am needing to replace my whole system. I called them back, and they already had all my information on file and worked a new quote for me. Surprisingly it was not much more than my previous quote. I was expecting to pay much more due to the insane rise in the cost of copper and other construction materials over the last few years. I can't be sure but I suspect they were trying to do right by me based on their last quote even though market conditions had drastically changed. I ended up going with the system Tanner suggested and I couldn't be happier with the results. We can not express how professional this company is. Jason and Tanner, (Really the whole crew) outdid themselves! We had a whole new system and new duct work installed the week after a big storm and they showed up on time, communicated what was going on, worked around other workman and boxes in our home, all with great attitudes and laughter. I would 100% recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Country Comfort for being exactly what we needed and taking care of us. And for leaving it cleaner than you found it! I used their services to replace my old unit that broke recently. They did a great job and i recommend them to anyone in need of a replacement or repair. When the process of replacement started, Jason was very professional and quick to respond to all questions and even went the extra mile with making the costs as transparent as possible, I planned to have my indoor unit, compressor and a duct replaced. After doing some comparisons, i found the price to be very reasonable. The crew who came to install the unit, as well as other miscellaneous components, did an amazing job as well. They were clean, curtious and professional. They arrived on time and completed everything in a reasonable timeframe (~7hrs). So thanks to everyone at county comfort, and an extra shout out to Tanner for doing a great job of walking me through all the work that was completed. Highly recommend!

They were very quick on contacting me back. Used them on my house which is mobile home and my moms brick home and in and out quickly with out having to come back to fix the same thing like few others. Mostly have parts needed on hand. And they will send you a bill. You don't have to have cash or check or card upfront but they can take it and give you written bill upfront and then you get another copy in the mail.
I can not say enough good things about this company! We needed an entire new system for our upstairs. The office staff provided adequate and fair quotes with multiple options in regards to pricing. Their installation team was respectful, concerned with cleanliness and keeping their area tidy, went above and beyond to ensure at our unit functioned quietly, which required extra work on their part, they were on time, thorough and we could not be happier with our new heat pump system.
Jarrod did a great job figuring out the problem and getting me a whole new system for a good price. The installation crew were quick and efficient. I have been using these guys for years and would highly recommend them.
I would give Jason and his crew a 10 if it was an option. Very professional. Attention to detail that is not often found today. They replaced an existing HVAC system for me. The quality of workmanship is top notch. I will recommend them every chance I have.

So glad we called Country Comfort when our heat pump needed to be replaced. We got a thorough inspection and plan for improvements that we wouldn’t have known about, if we had gone with the first company that came out. After installation, Jason made a special trip to explain how everything works and answer any questions we had. Great company! You can’t go wrong with them!

These guys have taken really good care of us for nearly 40 years now. We just had to have a whole new unit installed. It was done with the same excellence and efficiency we've come to expect. Here's to this unit lasting 40 years!
Tanner and his crew done an excellent job! We had to have a complete hvac & new ductwork installed. The guys were very professional and done excellent work.
