Johnny and his team came over and did an exceptional job on our home! Very knowledgeable and finds ways to reduce cost by making your home more energy efficient. For his knowledge and ingenuity they’re costs more than reasonable. A++

They were timely in coming to fix the AC, thoroughly checked it out, and found multiple problems, all for a reasonable price.

Rude and unpleasant. We called for a quoted and who ever answered the phone was a complete d**k to my wife and then rude to me when I got on the phone. We called another local company and was treated with respect.

After reviewing and calling a few HVAC contractors I spoke with John Morris of Morris Heat and Air. I spoke briefly with John and could easily tell he is an honest man. So, I had them come to our home for an onsite visit. Afterwards, John provided thorough written estimates with his recommendations for a ducted or ductless system. Although he was busy, John made himself available to discus the pros and cons of each system so I could make an informed decision. I felt so comfortable hiring John that I paid the full estimated bill in advance. These guys worked all hours of the day, late into the evening and through the weekend including Sunday. They were very conscientious about their work and wanted the final product to be perfect. I couldn't be happier. Thanks John! Best regards to your crew!

I texted them about my dryer this afternoon, not sure if a place that specializes in HVAC would handle such a job. I got a message back from John within the hour, letting me know he’d be able to do it this evening if he had the part, which he did. He was in and out in no time flat and the dryer is now running like brand new. I have to say this has been one of the most satisfying transactions of my entire life.

These guys are great! I hired them last year to repair a botched install in my rental unit. I had them back this week to install ductless units in my own home. Their recommendations are solid and they are upfront about any issues throughout the process . They do great work. 10/10

Great company! Called them on Sunday morning and they were repairing our heater within a hour or two. They didn’t even charge an emergency fee or a weekend extra charge!They had all the parts and had our furnace working within a hour or so. Their prices including the service call fee were very reasonable! Excellent service and quality of workmanship!! Give them a call for good honest service!
