Could not recommend them enough. Very responsive and efficient. They are ethical and not just trying to sell you a new unit. I will use them again without hesitation. (Hopefully not too soon!)
It is the summer of 2022, and the temperatures have been 100+ for the past couple of weeks. Well, my AC decides this is the best time to stop cooling. True Climate is the first company that was able to come out on a same day service call. Called at 8:00am and the tech was at the house by 2:00pm Shelly answered her phone quickly and was able to schedule her technician (Boyd) later that afternoon. The tech opened up the condenser and immediately recognized that the start capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor and the unit immediately started working normally. Now this company could have told me that the 20+ year old unit needed replaced, but they did not. They fixed the minor problem and had me cooling again less that 30 minutes after arriving. Great value (and offers a 10% military discount), fast response and great corporate ethics. Thank you, True Climate Heat & Air!
Shelly and all the folks at True Climate are fantastic. They’re VERY prompt with all communication, great professional people and pricing is very reasonable for the top notch service you receive. You wont find a better company for all your HVAC needs.
I highly recommend True Climate. The whole process was very professional. The receptionist was very helpful in getting my appointment scheduled. Service technician was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I have used them now for multiple properties and would recommend them to anyone. You get a text message when the technician is on his way so you don’t have to sit around waiting on someone to arrive. Thank you True Climate! A++
I don’t write many reviews but thought this was worthwhile…I wanted to express my appreciation for the work you and your team did at my house. When we were having some cooling issues this week I called your office around 9:30a and by 1:30p the technicians were on site. The men were knowledgeable and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. By 2:30p we had ICE COLD air and everything was working as it should. I appreciate the quick response and would recommend True Climate to anyone needing fast and friendly service. Thanks again!
I will not use anyone but True Climate Heat & Air for our apartment complex. They are so pleasant and professional to work with and at a good cost.
I used True Climate Heat + Air to install two brand new Trane HVAC systems in my home after converting from electric to gas. They were wonderful to deal with before, during, and after my entire transaction. I have talked to Shelly so many times on the phone that I'm surprised she hasn't blocked my calls. She is always pleasant and answers every ridiculous question I have. She also helped me fill out all of my rebate forms which saved me almost $4,000. I even recently called them again late on a Friday night in the middle of a rainstorm thinking I had a problem with a vent that was installed on the roof that was leaking and they immediately sent Francisco out to my house. I was embarrassed to find out that it was an old plumbing issue completely unrelated to their work and they didn't even charge me for the late service call. First class service at its finest. Thank you True Climate!
True Climate fit us in quickly for AC maintenance, then came back immediately when called 2 days later for an unrelated service. They were professional, responsive, and efficient! I would definitely call them again.
We had an excellent experience with Boyd from True Climate. The company was able to come out same day on a Saturday. Our AC was not working and it was over 90 degrees in the house. Needless to say they are champions and helped improve our weekend by getting our AC back up and running. I would highly recommend True Climate and will use them again if I need help with our AC.

Owner knows nothing about heat and air
I called on a Sunday during the coldest Winter we have had in a long time. Darlyn was awesome and sent someone the same day to look at our heater that was not working. The weather was awful but the technician was on time and very courteous. He was able to keep our unit running until the replacement part came in a couple days later.
I give this company 5 stars ⭐️. My heat went out in my home due to the “Winter ❄️ Snowstorm,” so I gave True Climate Heat and Air a call. Thankfully we were able to have service provide in less than 4 hours which was record-breaking time. The technician called ahead to let us know he was on his way and when he arrived, he was very professional and even took the time to explain the problem. In less then an hour, we had heat again!!!! We will definitely give True Climate Heat and Air a call the next time we have any challenges with our heat or AC.

It started when I called the lady that answered my call was so professional and nice. I believe her name was Darlin (what a cute name )! However I knew after talking to her that I was going to use their service . Darlin made my appointment for Saturday when I would be home. When John got to my house 15 mins early he had his mask and gloves on and made sure not to touch anything other then my ac. He also made sure he stayed 6 feet away from me or my dogs . How nice and professional that was. 1,000 stars

Called them for a quote to look at our AC. It had been out for over 24 hrs. The tech showed up 3 hours late. He came in the house, looked at our furnace and left as soon as he saw a second HVAC company pull up in the yard. Awful customer service.
