I was 3 pounds low on refrigerant they added for me it was a weekend call so like higher rate was $700 or so i cared at first but not after feeling how cold this house is. Its a 2009 so i guess it leaks about as much if it were the first time. ive only been here 3 years. the tech was very knowledgable and workin plenty and did more than i can since refrigerant is so regulated! I also learned from him. great experience. Cool trucks too very clean grey silver colorway. I like the parachute 💜
Great experience with Troops. They came out first thing in the morning and repaired my unit. Worked with me over the phone since I was out of town. Will use for future!
Highly recommend Troops for HVAC repair and install. Our HVAC at our home had been struggling to keep up with the heat of the Oklahoma summers. I called two other HVAC companies who both said we needed a new coil and new blower. They even showed me pics of "my coil" that was very broken up and looked like it needed to be replaced. I called Mike and his team who sent someone out in 24 hours. They got up in the attic to inspect the coil and it looked fine, it was just a little dirty. Turns out, the other company took photos of someone else's coils to show me to get me to change mine out. Troops charged me $100 and they were out of there in an hour. I have been referring them to anyone who needs HVAC help since then.
On time, nice, polite, fair price, & fixed the problem.

Called to have a reversing valve replaced on my heat pump was told he couldn't spare a tech all day to do the job replaced it myself in 3.5 hours. Repair man turned sales man in a hurry won't be calling them again.

After being informed by another company that our A/C units were leaking freon and were on the old R22 refrigerant, we contacted Troops for a quote. Paul came by and worked up what we feel was a very fair quote. However, we're still playing the home warranty company's games and are still awaiting their approval of funds. During this time, both my husband and myself have had occasion to contact Jen at Troops, requesting she contact our warranty company and/or provide them with more information. Each time, Jen has gone over and above for us, even going so far as to contact the company herself to try to speed things along. Customer service is a pretty big deal in both mine and my husband's opinion and that, along with what we feel are reasonable prices, not to mention, you can never go wrong(generally) with a veteran owned company, is why we choose to give Troops our business. If you need heat and/or A/C work done, I cannot recommend these guys enough! You won't be sorry!
We had our first winter storm for the year and our heater stopped working. All other companies we called couldn’t make it to our home until the next day. Troops were here in about an hour! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Had problems with heater, called Troops they sent a guy out to look at. After twenty minutes he had no idea what was wrong with the heater and did not fix it. The company charged me $250.00 for twenty minutes and still have a heater that has the same problem. Not worth using this again
They were prompt, spent several hours diagnosing the problem and fixed it. Didn't try to sell me a thing. These people are great.

My a/c went out and I asked around for a company to come fix my a/c on the weekend. They came and fixed the fan motor and did not try to upsell me on anything. I am impressed by the integrity of the company and will recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company.
Our family highly recommends Troops! These guys went above and beyond for us this week. We came home after work to our AC not working. I called the office and Jen got someone out that same night! They switched out a part and we were good to go.. for about 30 mins and then it stopped working again. I called Jen again the next morning and she was on it! She had the guys come back out and they worked almost all day to get all the kinks worked out. Our Ac is working fantastic now and the house is COLD! Absolutely love this company and the staff!
So helpful and friendly! Didn't try to sell me anything and such affordable prices! Hundreds less than other quotes for the exact same service! My a/c is working perfect and I have already recommended them to several friends and family even just for their in depth yearly inspection!
