I called them regading my mother's A/c not working and the had someone out there within an hour. I appreciate the kindness as she is elderly, highly recommend.

Called 3 times this week trying to get someone out to fix my ac. No response so I went with someone else
My AC quit and Smith Brothers came out to fix it. They arrived on time, were honest about what they were going to do, and were reasonable. My house is cool again and I am happy.

Wow! Called today because our AC wasn’t working. Less than 3 hours later the AC is fixed and the house is cooling. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonable. This was my first time using Smith Brothers Heat and Air but I will certainly call again when I need service.
Very professional. Kind and fast. Came as soon as they could. I will call them again although I hope I never need them. We have dogs too and they were kind and didn't mind them. Affordable too. Won't break your bank account.. Totally would recommend them. Five Stars plus.
We have several units at the Henry and Anna Overholser Mansion and we've always trusted Smith Brothers to do excellent work. They came out in a timely matter and made sure all units were working. The team is friendly, helpful, and get the job done quickly!

15 minutes from first calling we had a group at our house. They were able to service one unit and offer a few options for the other. The previous company we had out offered no solution and told us they would not be able to do any repairs. It was nice feeling like we had more than one course of action. We still decided to replace the unit and within a few days of ordering they were here, and had it installed. We were very happy with everything!
Smith Brothers did a fantastic job all the way around. They were on time, had what they needed to do the job, took care of all surfaces, and were as professional as anyone I have ever experienced. I would recommend them for ANY heat and air job.
Smith Brothers have installed Heat and Air in two house I own and I was so pleased with them. They were professional, Kind and went out of their way to help this elderly lady under stand what was going on. Would give Duane and his crew an An A+.
